Outdated Inn but ok place if you intend to sleep for one night. Big pool with a big hot tub that has a very powerful water jets. Would be nice if they will renovate the place most especially the pool area. Lots of potential.

Great Value - best no frills experience!!!

Loved the check-in they sent me a code to use on the hotel room door, no need to stop into the office. Bed is comfortable, pillows are comfortable too, room is clean and shower has great pressure - what else can you ask for from a sub $100 / night room? Indoor pool a bonus for the kids!

The room was very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Pillows could be better too soft!!! Excellent cleaning staff. Check in was simple and easy on line. Check out was even easier. Inside swimming pool was a winner. Hot spa was very hot and relaxing!!! Over all stay was excellent!!!

It was a great location if you’re willing to walk 15 minutes to fisherman wharf and less than 15 to reach the restaurants in old Monterey. We walked to the restaurants and the wharf and it was very safe to walk around the neighborhood. We came back to the Inn around 7ish so there was still plenty of light out. Wi-fi was good. Direct TV available, air conditioning worked great, not used to the humidity from Monterey so it kept it dry and cool in the room. Overall great experience. Only down side was the bed, it was not comfortable as it was very bouncy from the springs, woke up with a minor backache. Other than that great!

Shower floor very slippery

The stay was good, but the shower head flow was weak, and the shower floor was very slippery. I'm not sure why it was so slippery; even after my husband took a shower, it was still slippery. That was a major concern since we are seniors in our 70s! The bed was comfortable and the AC worked well.
