The room condition needs to be remodeled, and the lobby is super tiny providing nothing for the guests.

Front desk had a hard time finding my reservation. Once found we got to our room. Wall paper in bathroom was peeling. Toilet made a big bang noise every time it was flushed. Hot tub was out of service. Cob webs in room. Black spider was crawling on the ceiling. We left a day early was not comfortable sleeping with spiders. And will not be going back.

The AC was broken. You guys need new curtains. Bathroom needs to be cleaned more not just a toilet seat but other areas of the toilet pretty much remodeled the bathroom.

I did not get the type of room that was prepaid for and described on my receipt. I reserved an "accessible" room and was given a "regular" room with a tub and shower combination. The "refrigerator" was a counter top style laying on the floor. I had to get on my hands and knees to use it. Far from what a Senior should have to put up with. I will never go back!

Despite all the bad reviews, I think the place was comfortable. Had all the usual amenities. Shampoo, conditioner, body soap. Really liked the fact that it had a microwave and a decent sized working fridge, swerving tv and enough mirrors in the room. The bathroom tub was dated and needed new caulking but not like other reviews where people were saying it was leaking and there were no amenities. Maybe we were in a newer area. It was a comfortable stay and anything we asked for was provided to us. The iron was missing and we asked the front desk who said they were moving away from irons even though there was an ironing board in the room, but still provided us with one. Note to management: if I were y’all I would downgrade amenities at all. Having a microwave a fridge and an iron makes a world of a difference for travellers. If your model is becoming basic, I’d urge otherwise.
