The room is clean and spacious. We stay here often to visit my son at CSU Monterey and choose this hotel for the price point and the clean spacious rooms. It is a nice, simplistic, quiet hotel. I like the complimentary coffee machine downstairs where you can make a flavored latte or cappucino.

The hotel seems to be recently renovated and located near many restaurants and shops in Marina, Rooms were very clean and comfortable; great for a family trip!

The only issue I had was we were put on the 3rd floor and when we got to the elevator the doors wouldn't open so we ended up having to carry all of our bags up three flights of stairs and in the morning it still wasn't working so we had to carry all of our things down the stairs. Besides that everything was great.

Room not very soundproof heard the neighbors and traffic. The toilet paper holder could been closer to the toilet, but I liked how the shower diverter/handle was on one side of the shower and the shower head was on the other. Minor issues, but overall the room was nice.
