It’s okay. Maybe worth the price. There seems to be some things missing. The mini-store in the lobby is mostly empty space. Maybe they used to have a continental breakfast there. Now it sells little more than $2 bottles of water. A sign in the lobby indicates a water dispenser that is no longer there. The walls are thin and we were awakened by the baritone voice of a person next door. Our room could hold two king beds but just had one, leading a huge, awkward feeling empty space in the room. The hotel is in a commercial district with little of interest around it other than a surprisingly well stocked Filipino supermarket across the street.
The mini-store looks like it’s the last day of a liquidation sale.
A water dispenser would be nice since there’s no complimentary bottle of water. But it’s not there.

The staff was very friendly and the room was clean and nicely sized. The bed was a little hard but the pillows were nice and we were so tired that we slept well anyway. An ice machine would have been useful as would disposable cups but not a deal breaker by any means. Would definitely stay here again.
