There was black mold on the curtains
 temperature was terrible because of the insulation. Sofa bed was uncomfortable. Kitchen cabinets stinked really bad. We had to wash the dishes every time before cooking and eating, because the smell was stuck on them.

Disappointed to have sofa bed in studio as paid extra for double bed. Balcony overlooked pool but not too noisy as hours of use were 10-7. Laundry facilities on site was a bonus. Location is in a commercial subdivision.

Rooms were clean I stayed 5 nights in a studio room and my only negatives were I had to borrow a fan due to room being too hot and also had to borrow dish soap. Also had to take your garbage out to end of driveway! Pool hours end at 7 pm

Ok value for price

Overall it was good value for the dollar amount. The only complaint was a lack of soap in the bathroom and in the kitchen for dishes. And we have to make our own beds - which we found very strange.

Malheureusement, nous avons rĂ©ceptionnĂ© un logement pas trĂšs clean avec une vaisselle trĂšs (trĂšs) sale ! Ce qui n'a pas aidĂ© Ă  lever nos aprioris liĂ©s Ă  l'environnement... MalgrĂ© tout, nous avons eu le plaisir de dĂ©couvrir une rĂ©sidence trĂšs calme, bien Ă©quipĂ©e, avec une piscine qui a le mĂ©rite d'ĂȘtre prĂ©sente ! En rĂ©sumĂ©, bon rapport qualitĂ© prix, Ă  proximitĂ© de tout (commerces, grandes villes, pas trop loin des plages). TrĂšs sincĂšrement, nous aurions rĂ©ceptionnĂ© un logement propre, j'aurais pu faire l'impasse sur l'environnement de la rĂ©sidence... mais nous avons vraiment eu l'impression que le contrĂŽle mĂ©nage aprĂšs les prĂ©cĂ©dents locataires n'avait pas Ă©tait fait ou alors a Ă©tĂ© plus que bĂąclĂ© !

Reservation pour un studio avec balcon et finalement pas de balcon. D'apres la residence, c'est une fausse information d' hotels.com. Studio avec une tres belle salle de bain mais piece de vie minuscule. Tres petite piscine etant donne la taille de la residence et peu de chaises longues prises d'assaut. Si j'avais su qu'il n'y avait pas de balcon, je n'aurais pas loué la-bas mais plutot vannes centre.

Heureusement ils ont pu nous trouver un autre logement. Étant un habituĂ© de ce lieu je dĂ©plore chaque fois un peu plus l Ă©tat des appartements malheureusement je ne suis pas le seul Ă  constater cela . Dommage car l accueil Ă  la rĂ©ception charmant et rĂ©actif.

Bien pour plusieurs jours.

Cadre agrĂ©able avec piscine et salle de fitness Ă  disposition. Accueil trĂšs sympa. Quelques inconvĂ©nients toutefois : - Le confort des lits est relatif (1 matelas peu Ă©pais) - Nous sommes venus en famille pour une nuit seulement et les conditions d’accueil Ă©taient contraignantes : Studio disponible seulement Ă  17h et devant ĂȘtre libĂ©rĂ© Ă  10h le lendemain, avec les lits Ă  faire en arrivant et le mĂ©nage Ă  faire avant de partir, les couettes Ă  plier et les draps Ă  mettre dans un local pour le nettoyage. Bref, nous avons donc dĂ» nous lever vers 8h30 (aprĂšs nous ĂȘtre couchĂ©s tardivement pour le festival de jazz) le temps de prendre le petit dĂ©jeuner et de tout nettoyer derriĂšre. Donc beaucoup d’intendance pour un si court sĂ©jour et un prix de 95€ (studio 4 personnes) plutĂŽt Ă©levĂ© compte tenu des services demandĂ©s et du peu de temps allouĂ© pour occuper la chambre, mĂȘme si nous avions la possibilitĂ© de profiter de la piscine avant et aprĂšs, ce qui Ă©tait apprĂ©ciable. Je dĂ©conseille donc un sĂ©jour d’une nuit, voire deux, pour cette formule village vacances. En revanche, cela doit ĂȘtre trĂšs agrĂ©able pour plusieurs jours, les contraintes devenant plus faibles en proportion.
