The property was amazing, Regina who is the Mgr, in the preferred area, continuously check in on us to make sure everything was to our liking. Customer service was phenomenal.

Just returned from a 7-day stay. First off, skip the “Preferred” option..definitely not worth the extra cost. The food was great I give it 10/10 and the views were absolutely stunning (10/10). However, the staff could’ve been more welcoming, and the housekeeping and overall cleanliness were disappointing—I’d give that a 6/10. The hallways, in particular, weren’t very clean. On the bright side, the Jerk Hut was a standout, it was my favorite part of the trip. I would consider going back, but only if there are improvements in staff friendliness and housekeeping standards.

Things were pretty good. We paid for the preferred service and really don't think its worth the additional cost. Service at the pool and beach were poor.

I stayed here before several years ago and it was an excellent experience. My most recent experience was not as pleasurable. We ended up having to move to another resort. The staff was exceptional but there were some major operational issues that impacted our stay.

Resort is pretty, a little too quiet and no interesting entertainment, customer service is subpar. There was a night where we couldn’t find a single person at front desk for 45+mins or a car/ride to book to leave off the resort

The resort landscape was beautiful and kept. The staff was for the most part very friendly and accommodating. The resort was very clean. The food was very good in all the restaurants and buffet. Could use some updating in rooms and pool. But overall it was a wonderful vacation!

We enjoyed our stay at Secrets I loved the entertainment, room service cleaning is twice per day, loved the staff were very friendly, the rooms clean and tidy the wait for food at the special restaurants was long.
