I had an incredible experience at this resort! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The amenities were beautifully designed and well-maintained, the property was spotless, and the staff were exceptionally warm and attentive. Their hospitality truly made the stay unforgettable, and I’d highly recommend this resort to anyone seeking a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. That said, the dining experience could use some improvement. While the food wasn’t bad, it felt more tailored to an American palate. As someone visiting the island, I was hoping for more authentic, locally inspired cuisine that reflects the rich culture and flavors of the destination. A greater emphasis on traditional dishes would elevate the experience.

The beach view was nice. The property was ok, not as exciting as I had expected. A majority of the female Jamaican employees here have a smug attitude. There were a few genuinely nice ones. The food here is not authentic, so don’t come thinking you’re gonna get some real good Jamaican food lol… not even close. Over it wasn’t the worse but I wouldn’t come back.

Staff was amazing. Very friendly and welcoming. Room was filthy. Restaurants and look of location is average. The water is gorgeous but not much of beach area.

Staff was amazing! Love how we were treated. Our rooms which we were with 20 other people, Had roaches. They dont clean the room well at all. Spills from previous guests were still there, food, toothpaste etc. and thats because we arrived 3 hours before check in (3pm)and our room wasnt ready until 4pm. We will return to Jamaica just not this resort.

The property and service were great. Enjoyed the all-inclusive and adult-only features. Dinning opitions were good, but service at dinner was a bit slow at times. A word of caution - they will entice you into listening to a "no pressure" sales pitch to buy in to their vacation club. We were offered $150 to attend a 90 minute sales presentation. It ended up being a 2 hour presentation and was anything but "no pressure". I was very disappointed with this aspect of the stay. We spent 2 hours of our one free day trapped in a very aggressive sales pitch. I highly recommend you avoid the sales presentation.

The property was an excellent choice for us, not too big and it had a really great location on a beautiful beach. Restaurants were great and staff was very friendly. Shows every night were a nice end of the day

Although the property is beautiful, the trip was a disaster from the start! It was so much dust in the room, it appeared that it hasn’t been cleaned in months! I had an OCEAN FRONT suite, & tried to get a ln early check in. I was told the person left early, so they’re cleaning the room! I stayed at the desk bc I was told Expedia nvr sent my deposit $585, and I had to pay 1170.22 to stay! 😡 This elite room, was a MESS! Dust doesn’t build up like that in 2 days! My sister kept sneezing/coughing the entire time! I spoke with the front desk and showed them the pics of the mold, dust, and dirty furniture, to no avail! I was told housekeeping would come & do a deep cleaning, and I’m still waiting….Im home now! They didn’t come to clean, there was no Happy Birthday sign on the door, and the balcony door didn’t lock! Maintenance did fix the door, but one would think, they would try to accommodate us! 🙄 My sister is a preferred member too, but I paid for the trip, for her birthday! At the restaurants, you will always wait a hour or more for your food! We ate at Blue Mountain but had to wait almost a hour to be seated. Then to wait another hour for our food was absolutely not acceptable! The manager said he would make it right, after my sister told him the room conditions, but when we went to the front desk the next day, he was at lunch! He came in while we were at the front desk, looked at us, & kept walking to the back office, not even acknowledging us! NVR STAYING AT SECRETS AGAIN
