Secrets in Montego Bay is a nice place to stay. We stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed the beachfront activities and beach services. Our room was nice but room service wasn’t the best. Had multiple defects with the room. Jacuzzi tub was inaccessible, the drain didn’t work. Towels and wash clothes weren’t available in the room. Had to call multiple times I order to receive them. Sometimes taking them hours to get there with our request. Our flights were delayed 3 days because of Tropical storm conditions and were forced to leave due to Secrets price and unforeseen circumstances.

most staff were friendly/helpful; resort has no intention of enforcing smoking rules, and people openly smoked/vaped in many public places; only some restaurants open on any given night, and food selections not that good except for Bordeaux; no dinner buffet available; had to call for towels on 2 out of 6 nights;

Amazing stay, staff was amazing, service was top-tier, buffet breakfast and lunch amazing, beautiful accommodations, rooms clean with plenty of amenities stocked bar and always felt safe on the property. They even delivered a bottle of champagne and cake to my room as a birthday surprise. Restaurants were good, plenty of drink selections at bar even premium liquors were included! Will definitely return again. This place is quiet great place for lovers or relaxation if you into a big party scene you can go off resort a short distance to the hip strip or club 27/27, however they do have a couple of bars/club on resort that are not bad.Transportation to and from resort is safe and drivers very hospitable. This is the place to visit!

I was disappointed how many of the onsite restaurants ran out of food. For the experience and the brand wanting you to purchase the brand to travel more. I didn’t feel comfortable doing so if I’m on vacation and the place I’m at is running out of food. Thing you request that you love and you have to settle for second best.

Room was clean, the gym was amazing, and loved walking inside the property. The oceanview was breathtaking! I highly suggest dining at the italian restaurant. The Mexican food was not as great. Service can be a little slow. I would consider staying here again.

Upon arrival the security had us sitting outside the gate for 12 minutes telling us they couldn't find our reservation on the 14th minute i used my US phone and called and spoke with Latisha and told her what the security was doing and now all of a sudden we can get in we order room service the food never showed up the ice machine was broke on the 3rd floor we had to go to the fourth floor to get ice the toilet ran all night long and was leaking water i went on the balcony for some peace of mind and was bombarded with cigarette smoke coming from over top of me thought the facility was smoke free when i was checking out i found out there are no managers on duty on sundays to handle guest complaints i promise we will never stay at your property again ....Latisha Terrance Amanda and Tiffany need a raise i appreciate them for trying to help fix the problems that occured
