I didn't like unstable internet, TV always down. The ground is nice but the rooms need touching up. The staff are generally nice and helpful. The resort is not bad for a low budget vacation no frills, it's clean the pool and pool area is nice. And there's a cute baech across the street that's belong to the resort.

I like the local food, but the limited options sucked , my bf had an allergic reaction to the food because he has shellfish allergy. The rooms were not updated , very nasty shower head, the bathroom mirror was dirty, they charged $10 for lost wristband and lost keys. The power went out the whole day, so we didn’t really eat and were not able to charge our phones. The staff just had attitudes and it was not a very relaxing experience. When the power went out, it was super hot and flies were flying in the dining room. We’ve been bamboozled ! The beach was nice though but they close the area at 7p… you do have to walk across the street to get there , the little deli that they have at the pool sucked , staff had attitude and just not welcoming, I asked for ice cream and never got it before they took the other person’s order so I left. It was not worth the money, the resort was equivalent to a 2.5 star hotel in the US, maybe like an extended stay. This place is just not it if you want to go and relax. They should at-least refund money back from the power going out and we were out to get some air and try to search for places to charge our electronics, and so that my bf can work from his laptop.

Some of the staff was very nice and professional. The room was smelling like mold, the room was very damp. I almost hurt myself in the room because the floor was very slippery and damp due to the moisture in the room. The smoke detector was making this loud noise. I reported it the front desk and they told me they were sending someone to take care of the problem and no one ever came. There's no vent in the bathroom that is working.

Overall it was a great experience. The staff were great. Very friendly and helpful from the security gaurd to the check in staff to the servers. The customer service at this small hotel far surpasses that of the larger all inclusive chains in the island. The food was great as well. The amenities such as the beach and jacuzzi were great but the buildings need refurbishment and the air conditioning was not working good. An overall great experience.

Limited amenities & entertainment. We paid for a King sized bed— was told none was available 😒 so my money was wasted. Then the front desk staff tried to gaslight me that we aren’t allowed to choose a bed: excuse me….? I showed my receipt she repeated the same crap. They said they will move us when one opens up. Reaching out to Reservations, Antoinette was helpful to acquire a room switch & upgrade. The Pool had CAUTION tape & was not open for part of the stay. The Beach Grill chicken hotdogs are utterly disgusting: tasted like air. They have 1 community iron and they would not allow us to come pick it up and said we have to wait for housekeeping to bring it— that took an hour. We saw 2 red ants in the room on day 1 in room 222 & the hot water ran out, a large dead roach in day 3 out near the pool area & the condensation from the A/C made the floor extremely slippery in room 910 & on our 2nd to last day they locked us out of the room & we had to go back downstairs to be signed in again— they could’ve called instead of locking us out. No mimosas with breakfast & no alcohol until 10am. At the deli grill there’s always something she doesn’t have & she’s not the friendliest. This will definitely be my last time ever booking here & I do NOT recommend unless it’s the best you can do. Some of the other staff were helpful & kind but not worth it with all the things that were an inconvenience when you are paying money to come to an island & relax to avoid stress in all forms.

The staff were all more than amazing, my stay was great, the piano bar and beach bar were fun, was not happy that the pool was closed for repairs without disclosing, I only booked at a resort to have the options of going to the pool and ocean, deli was also not available/closed, so it just took away options, other than that, great time spent at the ocean with awesome lifeguards
