For the most part, the hotel staff is very kind & helpful! I enjoyed that they have entertainment everyday so you can enjoy being on the property. I love that you get to enjoy both the pool and beach. There was maintenance issue 1 day throughout my stay so that was unfortunate but they fixed it asap.

This was our first time to this resort, very close to the airport was a BIG plus, with easy access to the city and shopping areas. The staff were all great!!! Marlon the manager, was superb! He went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay and helped us with facilitating a room change. Some areas of the property seemed in need of renovation. The sky pool is one such area. Again the staff were obviously well trained, very professional and friendly. Demara & Chantal helped to make our dining experiences good. The variety of the meal choices on the buffet was always good. The seafood dining experience with the live pianist and singer was outstanding. Was an overall pleasant stay.

S Hotel was pretty relaxing. It’s definitely for adults in their 30s and up that’s looking for something chill and classy. Everything looks modern and the service was good. Pool is cool didn’t try to rooftop pool but the views from there are great. I would recommend this for adults wanting peace and fun. Food is good actually and they have chefs so i was pretty surprised that the buffet was pretty good. I would stay here again as it was such a relaxing stay

The property is small, quiet, clean and well kept. There was someone to assist you with sunbeds when you enter the beach. The junior suite was nice clean and functional. The staff was helpful and pleasant. I loved the statues and photos of Jamaicans with historical importance. All the cultural and historical art displays are a great way to showcase the culture, that was a really nice touch. What I did not like was the additional cost for anything but cocktails at the lobby bar. The spa's manicure foot soak bath needs an upgrade right away. The coffee was really bad, not sure how that is even possible in a country that produces premium coffee. Better quality coffee needs to be provided and should be freshly brewed daily.

My stay at S Hotel was nothing short of magical. From the moment I arrived, I felt like royalty. The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive—every single person I encountered made me feel like I truly mattered. The rooms were stunning—modern, clean, and designed with thoughtful touches that made all the difference. The view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking—overlooking the crystal-clear waters of Doctor’s Cave Beach. The food? Incredible. From the Jamaican breakfast to the gourmet dinners, every meal was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully plated. The poolside service was top-tier too—cocktails, coconut water, and snacks brought right to your lounger. One of my favorite parts was the spa and wellness vibe throughout the hotel. It felt peaceful, relaxing, and luxurious—like a true escape from the world. Whether I was lounging by the rooftop pool or taking a sunset stroll along the beach, I felt completely at peace. S Hotel has a perfect blend of authentic Jamaican culture and modern luxury. I can’t wait to return—it’s officially my go-to spot in Montego Bay. Highly, highly recommend!

The service and food was great. The hotel is somewhat dated. The common areas could benefit from AC as it does get very hot in there. Nightly entertainment (except the steel drum band) was average.
