The staff was great! The experience was amazing. However, the resort and custemer service can use some work. For example, the beds were not so comfortable and only came with 2 sheets. I was cold and had to call to get a comforter. They brought us the comforter the day befrore our checkout date.I requested a bday decoration a month in advance and put in the request at the lobby twice and they still failed to decorate.

Everything exceeded expectations, but what made the stay really great was the staff. They were so much fun and welcoming, they actually seemed to care, even remembering our names all week! Starting with the shuttle driver, the front desk staff, all bartenders and waitresses, and the entertainment group! They were all so great and made it such a fun vibe. The food was really good, tons of options. Absolutely nothing bad to say about the buffet. It was a bit difficult to secure reservations to the restaurants, but the ones we were able to go to were great. Our rooms were perfect, the housekeeping staff is ON POINT! We left a note on our first day just requesting a couple of things, and they went above and beyond. We got everything we asked for and more. Very prompt. All in all... It's a great place to stay at. We never felt unsafe, bored, or ignored. HIGHLY recommend!
