This is our second time at the Rui Palace. This resort is extremely clean and the food options are great. The workers are all very friendly and accommodating. However, it’s time for some tender loving care. Rooms and outer walls need to be painted.

The property itself is gorgeous the staff was friendly our toilet had problems flushing my first two days there i had to take cold showers which was unpleasant and the water drains slow from the sink i paid over a thousand dollars a day so i feel they should of switched us rooms but over all is was very gorgeous place didnt help the package i purchased came with transportation to the resort back to airport and they refused to honor it so i was stuck in a new country having to figure that part out and i really didnt appreciate that unpleasant situation and the food was not the greatest.
