I must admit I really loved this resort ( and we’ve stayed at many) HOWEVER… the Expedia agent that was on site (TarJay) was not pleasant nor especially helpful. Each time I needed to understand or ask a question regarding my shuttle return, I was made to feel as if I was bothering her. Not a good first impression of Expedia.
