Resort and staff were amazing! Entertainment was beyond fantastic! The only negative was the beds aren’t super comfy and no elevator made staying on the top floor tough but even with that I’d go back 100 more times! The staff truly cares that you’re happy with your service and experiences!

No refill on time water,towels,condition. Other think, iwe were robbed by cleaning service.... missed woman pink summer suit (short and top) ,price over $200 and money clip (was left on the counter). This is first sutuation with Riu resorts!!! Our room service cleaning lady looked some strange,when one time i cane back to room and saw her (i was waited when she will finish). Always took left tips,but cleaning service, like i said not perfect....and with missing our stuff....

The room was indeed spotless and generously stocked. The service was quite special. All levels of staff were courteous, attentive and warm. They responded to my requests and went the extra mile to confirm that my requests were met. I will definitely be back!

10/10 would definitely recommend!!! Everything was perfect from food to entertainment and the drinks kept flowing! Everyone in Jamaica is so full of love and the ppl you meet on vacation are so nice as well. I would recommend to always have the app working because that’s how you book the restaurants and check on events. Mine didn’t work the 1st day 😩. I loved the events at the pool and being able to smoke on the beach. The best part was the all inclusive!! Food and drinks alcohol as well. #riumontegobay 10/10. I want to post pictures. lol having trouble doing so. But just know your guna be in paradise

I found the hotel modern and well cared for. Staff was responsive if I had a concern. The a la carte restaurants weren't fabulous quality meals (eg the Seafood linguine was pretty flavourless) but I enjoyed the main buffet and the Chinese buffet.
