We enjoyed the entire time we was here!! The staff was amazing. Not a day went by and the staff did not speak or ask if there was anything they can help you with. We will definitely come back!!

If you’re going on vacay to smoke weed, then you’re looking at the right place. Not classy like we have come to expect from the Riu chain. Weed being smoked everywhere: balconies, evening shows, around the pool, down by the beach, where it was being sold in 3 canoes. Staff did not come around and offer and bring drinks and there was no room service available. We’ve stayed at several Riu resorts over the years, and this was by far our least favorite.

Property was nice but expected better from Riu. The room had a basement smell. It took 3 days to get a blanket and extra pillow. The service was hit or miss.

Great property and vacation. The only thing I would suggest is having the room key connected to our wristbands. I’ve been to other resorts where our room key was connect on our wristband we never had to worry about losing a room key. Food and staff were great!

Transfer to the airport from the property was a bit of a nightmare. I had to pay for a taxi because the Destination Services rep. in the lobby was rude, insulting and unhelpful. There was a problem checking in at the airport. No clear line to contact Expedia for help. Jet Blue agent said not to book with you guys again.
