The resort was beautiful, clean and well maintained. The dining options were very good and the food quality was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The beach although small was beautiful and very relaxing. Entertainment was what one would expect on a Caribbean vacation, the entertainment staff were very high energy people. We had a couple of interactions with Charlotte from the entertainment team. She was a pleasure to talk with and she made us feel very welcome and at ease. Glenroy the lifeguard was a very friendly man. He kept us laughing while we hung out at the pool. He was also very insightful on the weather patterns as Hurricane Melissa was approaching the island. He made us feel safe and at ease. Amenities, service, beauty…this place has it all. Thanks, we had a wonderful week. Highly recommend RIU Montego Bay.

Staff was amazing especially the entertainment team!!! Entertainment 10/10 Food was so so! I understand they try to accommodate everyone, not too spicy, little to no salt on certain dishes. It was a great expierence. I loved the food and the workers. The workers have great personalities and very helpful. The only issues was that there were certain times where people slammed their doors repeatedly. Additionally, there was a little loudness from resident's here and there. But overall great.

I had a room towards the back so my views weren’t spectacular but I still had the view of the mountain so I was pleased. Phyllicia at the sports bar my fellow twin makes an amazing blue Hawaiian. Try it! I must say the food here does not disappoint when it comes to all inclusive cuisine and that’s something I must note across the RIU experience. Thank you for that. Overall the staff and hotel were top notch. Thank you all for being so hospitable. Oh before I forget, don’t forget to try Carlous cornmeal porridge and the fried dumplings! It’s really hearty and yummy guys. Thanks again everyone!

All inclusive was the only good thing about this resort … rooms were not up to par.. cracks on walls. Noisy . We had to keep asking for room necessities as wash cloths & room cleaning. Staff wasn’t professional. Was charged for usage of towel we used to clean up with after calling house keeping multiple times. Food bar have the same thing every day morning , noon & dinner. I enjoyed the food at the steak house my last day of stay because it’s so hard to get an reservation.. will not stay again & do not recommend

I enjoyed the daily cleaning of the room. The food was okay but if you can get reservations at the other options i’d highly recommend. Also the grill by the pool is wonderful. I did have an issue on one day when they assigned someone else my room and they walked in on myself and my partner in the mist of a shower.
