It was fun until the last day. I found out that if booked directly through the hotel I could saved several hundred dollars. I would recommend this property for families. It was comfortable, clean, fun and provided entertainment for everyone.

We came back last night. 1st time in Jamaica.We stayed 6 nights vacation for family of 12 including small kids and seniors.. we had the most wonderful time . We did a room upgrade to the new building and the room and view was amazing. The room was spacious and clean. The restaurants and food were excellent. Some out of my comfort some because of the spicy but overall was amazing. They have variety for all. I tried some food that I never thought in my life that I will be eating..The pool super huge and beautiful. No worries about pool and beach chairs or towels. My only suggestion will be the night life..begins too early and most of the time we were eating and by 10 pm is done. They should have a little more live music and different activities because we came across with 2 wedding around the entertainment area and there was no entertainment at all those 2 nights. Besides that everything was amazing… I hear the adult area (Zilara) has more night entertainment but with the kids we couldn’t go!…the beach was a 10+ and the resort areas super green and beautiful.the staff super friendly… we also came across with 2-3 rude staff members in some locations but overall everyone was really nice…. We celebrated my daughter’s birthday and we loved it!!! Jamaica u were better than expected! We will definitely come back!!!!

The property was nice and well kept. The food was not so great, not much variety and some of the employees were STINGY with the food although it is supposed to be ALL INCLUSIVE, I tried getting stir fry SHRIMPS and the person serving only gave (3) shrimps at a time, I ask for more and he gave me (1) more. I got another plate, and he stared me down like "How dare you" NOT HAPPY WITH THE FOOD AT ALL. (1) employee at the Jerk Hut was awesome (Sharlene) a social butterfly, sweet, helpful, she made my stay much better.

My family and I had an amazing experience. staff was friendly and attentive to all of our needs. Transportation was on standby, our room was very clean and nice 10/10 highly recommend my family and i will be returning again soon !!! The views were breath taking 10/10!! choices was our favorite buffet restaurant and the jerk hut was pretty good as well.

Lovely hotel. Spacious room with balcony. Evening entertainment finished at a sensible time. We are at ChoiceZ restaurant for breakfast and dinner. There was always plenty of choice and variety. The pancakes and crispy bacon were one of our favourites! The jerk shack is good for an afternoon snack if you don't want to go into the restaurant. Not all the sun loungers have parsols, but there are plenty of palm trees to be able to keep in some shade. Lots of activities around the pool side during the day. And there's a place you can book excursions inside the hotel. If you can pay with credit card, do so, as I'm still waiting for my holding deposit to be returned. As well as one of the cancelled excursions, I paid with debit card! If you want souvenirs, and plan to go on an excursion, wait til you go out, all excursions stop at gift shops and the prices are much cheaper than the hotel shop! Nearly everything is priced in US dollars, rather than Jamaican dollars. You'll need some cash for tips, but either or is accepted.

Amazing, kind, knowlegable, accommodating staff with a wide array of food selections and performances every night. They cater to kids and my son loved the pool and beach. The beach was highly secured and safe for all guests. July 4th was a massive celebration and it was divine.

The location was great. I don’t like the dinner reservation system because you o oh get to try 2 or 3 restaurants if that. We made reservations on the day we arrived and was only able to make 2 reservations. It should just be first come, first serve and wait in line. The hotel is in desperate need of a renovation. I like newer properties and this one is old. The staff is wonderful! The food is good overall but some things have to be purchased separately and I would rather just everything be included in the price.

All of the staff was very friendly and attentive. Everyone said hello, good morning, good evening as they came in contact with you. The property was updated and well maintained. The rooms were cleaned and constantly cleaned. The food was delicious! The excursions and the gift shop items were a bit pricey but we will definitely come back every year. It was a good time!
