It really was a very nice property and people were nice. No complaints about the staff. The only thing I didn't like was the upcharging for top shelf liquor. Room service. I needed to buy pain reliever and it was $3 per pill, that's nuts. I had planned for a massage but the wanted $210 for 1 hour. Thats crazy. The poor massage therapists were very bored because it was so expensive. Iended up spending an extra $428 and while its not terrible, I wasn't planning on it because of the All-inclusive label.

I must admit this property is up there with one of the best ones I’ve been to in my young life. Friendly staff, great customer service, clean property, good food, everything was a 10/10. I will be returning god willing.

Hyatt Zilara was absolutely everything and more. Check in set a perfect tone for my stay, activities were always fun and engaging, the bartenders were awesome. I love that i felt safe when we left the resort accompanied by staff. Teena, Julio, Rujae and Oneil made my vacation one of the best. I totally recommend!

Beautiful Resort

Great resort! The staff service was fantastic. Excellent meals from the various resort restaurants. Would highly recommend. 20 mins from the airport.

I booked this trip on a Monday left the Saturday and started reading the reviews afterwards. The bad reviews had me worried. OMG this resort is WONDERFUL!!! I have been to Jamaica numerous times this resort raises the bar. It’s no new news resort buffets usually are just OK. But this resort buffet and restaurants were AMAZING. Staff entertainment drinks I did not want to leave and will definitely be back. Adult side was great you can let loose and then children side is close you can enjoy other activities. Definitely best of both worlds.

Great property and Amazing Spa! Everyone in the spa was extremely wonderful! Great staff service in the Jamaican restaurant for lunch and dinner. Property is beautiful. I did see some kids day of check out so that was confusing as to why but overall a 10/10 stay.

It pains me to have to share such a lengthy review about a property I stayed at for only one night.. Firstly the front desk staff were fairly pleasant and relatively helpful. I booked a king swim up suite, on entering the building you were immediately hit by the smell of smoke and mold. The room was fairly clean, however the toilet was not flushing. We reported it to concierge who sent someone over to repair it. An hour or two later the toilet was "fixed", however we proceeded to flush again and like magic, it did not flush. We repeated the process of reporting this to the concierge and again, a repairman was sent over. We should've known this was futile, as once again the toilet did not flush. We spoke to the front desk and were given a junior suite room on the fifth floor. However on entering the room we were hit with the smell of sewage. Given that this was 10pm in the night, we were frustrated and just wanted to rest after a long day of travel. The hot water in the shower was not working, the sheets smelled of urine. We were most dissatisfied and frankly disgusted. The property grounds were clean, but the food was awful. If you choose to stay in Montego Bay, please do your research and stay clear of the Hyatt Ziva/Zilara.

Most staff friendly and helpful but I experienced colorism when checking out at one of the shops. Once reported nothing but excuses from management but other staff confirmed that black women have reported experiencing this. Very unfortunate and sad experience!
