This property at first glance is beautiful. It's after you have been there for a couple of days that you start to notice the conditions. There seem to be many repairs needed. From painting to fixing woodwork finishes. It rained every afternoon during our stay. Unfortunately our roof leaked and the water ran down the wall of our bathroom and flooded the floor. We were constantly soaking up the water with the towels provided for our shower. Our spa tub needed repair. Water for filling the tub could not come out of the faucet. It only came out of the shower head so the tub took hours to fill. We gave up. When we did try to start the jets, one of the jets blew out of the side of the tub and water went flying across the room and the water that did accumulate in the tub ended up getting contaminated with black mold and particles from the jet that came away from the tub. With that said, maintenance is necessary but we still enjoyed our stay. It would be nice if there was an entertainment staff around the pool with organized activities. We have stayed at other resorts that offered these types of services and it really makes a big difference in your experience. The Italian restaurant was our favorite. We ate there twice. Taj was our waiter. He was spectacular. He was so attentive to every one of our needs and so personable to talk with. We so enjoyed him and specifically asked to sit in his section on our second night. Lack of music throughout the property.

This is our second stay here. The property is beautiful, the villas are spacious and they have great outdoor amenities. The food is good at the buffet but I wish there were more food options throughout the day. The buffet got boring and room service and snack bar food is not good at all. The rooms were clean but could use a facelift or some updates. The staff was very accommodating and quick to help. My biggest issue with this hotel is the cleanliness. I enjoy staying in places where things are kept clean at all times and if that was resolved, I would have given an additional star. I hope you all will invest in more cleaning staff to keep the Buffett area clean and tidy and clean messes throughout the property. Overall, I would consider staying here again.

This resort is not only breathtaking but also packed with top-notch dining options—from perfectly seasoned oxtail and fresh lobster to Indian, Mexican, Italian, and of course, Jamaican cuisine that will have you going back for seconds (or thirds). Seriously, the food alone is worth the trip! The resort is massive, so bring your walking shoes—or better yet, hop on one of the shuttles that make getting around super easy. The pools are amazing, the beaches are stunning, and the entertainment is nonstop. Whether you’re looking to relax at the spa, dance the night away at the themed parties, or just sip a cocktail by the infinity pool, there’s always something going on. For getting around outside the resort, they offer transportation, but if you’re looking for a more personalized experience, you can also find local drivers who will take care of you. We had an incredible driver who stayed with us the entire time, taking us to all the must-see spots, including Pier 1 for Friday night life and 2727 for an epic Saturday night out. Highly recommend checking out both! The staff at the resort are friendly, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the views? Absolutely stunning. We loved it so much we even became members! Honestly, the only bad part about this trip was having to leave. Already planning our next visit!

Very friendly and helpful severs in most places. Pools were great. Dislikes: Besides the MoBay, the food was not the best and service was very slow. Floors in rooms and various buildings were not mopped on a regular bases and suggest that all trimming saws , lawn mowers, garbage trucks be electric. Also, the painters are super messy and leave paint on curtains, side walks and basically every where they paint. Need to be better trained or hire better painters. Their results are taking away from the beauty of you resort.

I'd give this 3.5 if half stars were possible. The resort is nice but massive. Lots of walking to get anywhere. The a la carte reservation situation was limited and even though you made a reservation you always had to wait. The food was very mediocre. Some of the staff were excellent - super nice and helpful and others not. It's hard to keep such a large place clean, so I think the staff do what they can. The room coffee was excellent and our linens were always tidied. Our room cleaners were really nice. The beach volleyball court is oddly rocky, despite such a lovely beach nearby. The drink huts were always really busy. I enjoyed our stay but I wouldn't go back.

I was impressed with the property and the choices of pools and beaches. We always were able to get a beach chair and were close to bathrooms. The rooms were nice and where we were was so convenient to everything. My teens loved the Sports Bar and played pool and got snacks all day long.

Location is not bad! Facilities are fine. Foods are normal variety! The main issue we had during our stay was the smell in entire buildings/room. We asked to change our room, but all of them same smell! One thing to remember, do not waste your time on first day for a boring presentation to sell you membership of the club, unless if you really interested for investment.

Pros! Beautiful property, two "main" beaches were nice with seating always available, giant beautiful pool, rooms were nice enough (although only a few more years left without appearing outdated), mini fridge in room was always stocked with beers/sodas/waters daily, staff was generally nice and accommodating. Cons! Food was subpar, a little crowded seating around the pool, there were NO organized teen activities that I was aware of, it was disappointing that the "signature" pool and beach area wasn't accessible to us "general folks", and last but most important: the invasive Cuban tree frogs were LOUD and kept me up all night... I know there are the native tree frogs which sound more like "the sound of Jamaica" but our building's atrium had the obnoxious Cuban tree frogs that sound like a fire alarm between 6pm to about 4am... VERY VERY VERY annoying and should be dealt with (when I brought it up to anyone on staff, they smiled and agreed it was annoying... and that was IT).

Great resort with big pool and location. It is not top notch. The bar and restaurant frequently run out of popular items. Vegetarian options can be expanded. Did not have any decent cooked vegetarian dish, especially with jerk seasoning..
