Overall we had a great stay, the food was good and the staff was nice. Our room had a pretty distinct smell of mold/cat pee which was yuck. Didn’t completely ruin the experience but definitely wasn’t a great factor. Unlimited part was lovely.staff was eager to fill your cups and get you desert.

The owners of this building have really neglected this place. Thenwifi is terrible in the hotel rooms, there is alot of saftey hazards uxh as unlele ground, unstable marble tables and chairs in the smoking area, limited smoking areas, some of the buffet food was cold, surplus flies at the bar, slippery bathroom and hotel room floors, the curtains do not close all the way, rusty towel hangers, outlets falling apart, imaginary IT tech guy. There was a shirt in the room when i arrived so that means the room was not properly cleaned. The bathrrom is way too smalla nd slippery that i fell on my surgery knee. Reservations were required for yheir restaurants however they were never full so it was unnecessary to reserve, on top of the asian restaurant not being open however the lights were on and the door was open, but we were never informed that it was closed prior. The food at the restaurants were subpar; the breakfast had more

I really like that it is close to the airport. Staffs are friendly. l love the nightly shows and parties, and I appreciate that the organization did not close down while the renovation/construction is going on, this makes people still have jobs. This shows that they are a people person. I also like that they are family oriented, I enjoyed seeing kids involved in the shows, and I appreciate when they recognize birthdays of both kids and adults. I learnt that Catalonia has lots of locations in different countries. I will definitely be staying with them again

The property had many cats roaming and spraying furniture, eating off plates, and laying on furniture and waiting by room doors. Also, construction was taking place so it was noisy, dirty, and I could not go out to my patio area. Maid service was slow and they didn’t do a good job cleaning the rooms. Limited restaurants and food wasn’t edible most nights. The beach had two pipes that somehow allowed soapy stuff from hotel to enter water. Entertainment was lacking and repetitive. Overall, a horrible experience.

Okay stay even with the construction

Was a bit noisy due to the construction,the shower drain was draining properly and the chester drawer kept rolling open. The balcony door didn't close properly.

Maybe once all the renovations are completed it will be a better stay, housekeeper staff and Ali at the front desk were wonderful

The property was clean and fresh. Staff constantly sweeping floors/ tending the gardens and pools.

I was Highly disappointed I wanted to do a surprise for my 8 year old daughter birthday which I requested Weeks before, I will not lie the did send a bottle a wine to apologize for the inconvenience. The food was horrible from the food to dessert, the fruits was not fresh at all, unfortunately my children even agreed I purchased a cake it was beautiful but taste awful. The room service was excellent the waiters was excellent drinks was terrible stick to getting a soda or fountain drink. Bartenders was rude seems like they didn’t want to work and that includes the bartenders inside the facility. I wouldn’t waste my money returning sorry just not worth it.

Honestly did not like anything about that property the food was horrible water keep cutting off no hot to take shower it was all high up showing off about the country first time but will not going back again

Property staff was very rude. Glasses and silverware were dirty each night. Warning bring your own silverware. Breakfast was always cold. Dinner was predictable and not much variety. Entertainment was limited. Elevators were "ALWAYS" Broken for the whole 5 days were there. The sodas were flat everyday. Don't be fooled by the picture of the island in the ocean its overrated and smaller than it looks. Just choose another resort.
