when i first got there to check in at 3, they couldnt find my reservation. finally they found it & they had the date for my check in for the next day, they said my room wasn’t ready & to come back in a few hours. i wasnt going to wait around with my luggage for hours in the heat until it wss ready so me& my friend stayed elsewhere cor the night. i asked for my money back for one night & was refused. i couldnt get in touch with the owner of the room & i had been calling him for 2 weeks, the front desk wasnt any help for what we needed, the patio door was broken so it wouldnt close all the way so the air wouldnt stay in the room, it was ants all over. no extra towels/washcloths

Very practical

First off, was not the room we booked going by photos on Travelocity. Not even close. All kitchen appliances had rust on them. The “supermarket” in hotel is really a 2 aisle party store. Only other closest store is miles away in the ghetto of Montego Bay and that “supermarket” was interesting to say the least. The beds were very comfortable & we slept great. The very best thing about the room was the view! Couldn’t have been more awesome!!! Only ever spoke with security at the hotel, all of them very friendly. Doctors Cave Beach locates right across the street was awesome. One of the best beaches I’ve ever visited. Small admission fee, chair, umbrella & snorkeling rentals available. Rented snorkeling equipment, which turned out better then the $100/pp catamaran snorkeling trip we paid for!
