For those who love the "open space" environment, we offer this large exclusive loft in a cottage, modern and refined. Housed in an old industrial warehouse that has been masterfully renovated, it is the ideal solution to spend a wonderful vacation. Whether you are sunbathing next to the large pool with high quality sofas and sun loungers or sitting comfortably at the table in the shade of the two verandas, the view and the landscape around the property will make you relax. In the large and fenced garden, guests can enjoy a beautiful outdoor kitchen, barbecue, pizza oven and a small play area for children. Air conditioning and fly screens on all windows. The house is located in the green Umbria; there are numerous tourist and gastronomic itineraries to satisfy all tastes. The relative proximity to the main communication routes, 38 km for the A1 and 5.7 km for the SS3bis / E45 of Terni-Perugia-Cesena, allows to quickly reach all desired destinations. Todi (21 km) is considered the most livable city in the world or, according to the inhabitants themselves, "the ideal city"; it is located on a hill with a splendid panoramic view and is characterized by a unique beauty and elegance.
