First, we chose the hotel because it looked nice on Expedia and it had a reserve now/pay at hotel option. The customer service was excellent, very helpful. The hotel definitely needs some updating/upgrading. The room(s) were decently sized. We had a Suite corner room with fireplace. The initial room we were put in had an issue with the air conditioning. We put it on the lowest setting of 65, but it wouldn't go any cooler than 75 and we like it nice and cold. The front desk representative Sam was excellent. Someone tried to fix the air conditioner but unfortunately was unsuccessful. So Sam was able to move us to another room with the same set up as the initial room. It was just a hassle of packing everything back up after unpacking, this was all done around 10pm as well. Finally got settled into the new room but the new room had a few issues as well. There were no pillows on the bed. There wasn't a fitted sheet for the sofa bed. The bathtub was dingy/dirty, plus the stopper to take a bath was broken. Which was inconvenient considering my 7 year old wanted to take baths. The toilet seat broke due to a crack already there. The bed sheets wouldn't stay on the bed while we slept. There were just a lot of issues with our stay which was an inconvenience. Hopefully the hotel can look into all the issues, not with just our stay but with the whole hotel in general and fix them.
