A minha experiĂȘncia no hotel Velinn Recanto das hortencias nĂŁo foi muito boa devido a quebra de expectativa pelo o que o hotel diz oferecer e pelo o que Ă© oferecido. Primeiro: ao fazer o checkin o Geser da recepção nos informou que tinha uma taxa de limpeza (10% do valor da diĂĄria) ao qual nĂŁo fomos informados previamente pelo site e muito menos pelo o proprio hotel. Nos recusamos a pagar pois entendemos que pelo valor que pagamos na diĂĄria jĂĄ estaria incluso esse tipo de serviço. Segundo: Ja no corredor para ir ao quarto notamos que a estrutura apresentava aspecto de sem manutenção evidente. como por exemplo, madeiras das portas lascadas, e detalhes em madeira bem estufados. Ao chegar ao quarto notamos que nĂŁo condizia com a foto do anuncio do site. Porta do banheiro emperrada, saboneteira quebrada e nĂŁo possui janela no banheiro. Janela do quarto Ă© para rua e ainda estava quebrada, passando uma sensação de insegurança. Lençol com uma mancha escura e, cobertores com aspecto de velhos. Sem abajour e apenas uma mesinha na lateral da cama, sendo que era para um casal. No anĂșncio o quarto tinha vista pra montanha e nĂŁo identificamos a mesma. Quarto: no site dizia ter estacionamento, porĂ©m o tal "estacionamento " Ă© na rua do hotel e nĂŁo um estacionamento fechado. VocĂȘ pode escolher entre estacionar na frente do hotel ou na rua da lateral. Terceiro: CafĂ© da manhĂŁ, ok. Bem servido. PorĂ©m tinha cadeira quebrada e enferrujada e tinha louça suja.
