The interiors reflect a refined aesthetic, with furnishings personally curated by the owner, paintings and sculptures sourced from a private collection belonging to the family-owned Art Gallery, designer lighting featuring pieces by Flos, Artemide, and Fontana Arte, and a harmonious blend of brocantage furniture and natural fabrics.

The main living area features a spacious living room with a panoramic window, a dining table, and a television, with direct access to the terrace. An open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and also opens onto the terrace. On the lower ground floor, 2 double bedrooms are available: the first is appointed with a shower and WC and offers access to the terrace via an exterior staircase, while the second features a shower, bidet, and WC and opens directly onto the garden. The upper floor hosts 1 large double bedroom with access to a terrace, served by a bathroom with shower, bidet, and WC.
