Fantastic holiday flat

Casa Ricali is a gorgeous, spacious accommodation. A very well-kept garden and a pool make the stay perfect. The view of the sea is wonderful. The host Roberto is a relaxed person, very warm and helpful.

Toskana Urlaub mit Freunden

Roberto der Vermieter ist immer sehr hilfsbereit und gibt sehr viele Empfehlungen für Ausflüge und Restaurants. Kümmert sich vorbildlich um die Anlage/Haus und Garten. Die Aussicht ist ein Traum. Unter der Pergola lässt sich sehr schön Frühstücken oder Essen. Schwimmbad ist auch sehr gepflegt mit ein super Blick. Die Anfahrt zum Haus ist steil und der Feldweg sehr schmal, da ist wichtig das man langsam fährt und mit viel Rücksicht. Unbedingt Mückenschutz einpacken und Citronella Kerzen.

Sehr schön, sehr gepflegte Anlage und traumhafter Blick. Wer viel Ruhe sucht ist hier genau richtig. Man sollte seinen Einkauf sehr genau planen, weil die letzten Km zum Haus steil sind und der Feldweg sehr schmal da passt nur einen Wagen. Roberto der Vermieter ist unfassbar hilfsbereit, gibt sehr viele Tipps und Empfehlungen für eine schönen Aufenthalt. Wer Ausflüge machen möchte, sollte unbedingt die Orte Pitigliano, Scansano, Capalbio sich anschauen. Saturnia ist für ein Fotomotiv schön. Die öffentlichen Termen sind ansonsten sehr voll und nicht sehr sauber. In Porto di Santo Stefano kann man auch Boote anmieten ohne ein Bootsführerschein haben zu müssen. In talien ist das bis 40 PS erlaubt. Hat sehr gut geklappt 160,— für den ganzen Tag ab 09:30 möglich bis spätestens 18:30 Uhr. Der Tank muss vor Abgabe wieder voll gemacht werden. Da können schnell 100,-bis 115,-dazu kommen. Die Buchten Richtung Porto Ercole sind sehr schön und fast einsam.

Sooooo schön!

Wir hatten einen traumhaft schönen Urlaub im Casa Ricali. Das topgepflegte Grundstück, das gemütliche Haus mit großer Panoramaterrasse und natürlich der wunderschöne, sehr saubere Pool mit einem Ausblick, der einem den Atem nimmt, sorgen für perfekte Erholung. Fußballfeld, Volleyballnetz, Tischtennisplatte, Tischkicker und Dartscheibe, große Außenküche und Grillplatz -alles da!Und natürlich sorgt auch Roberto, der Vermieter, mit seiner herzlichen Art dafür, das man sich rundum wohl fühlt -danke.

Wir empfehlen die Anreise über die Via Panoramica. Nicht für große SUV' s geeignet. Verpflegung für den Anreisetag mitbringen. Der Vermieter Roberto ist ein Juwel. Die Aussicht und der Pool sind traumhaft.

Sehr schön gelegenes Haus mit gepflegtem Garten und Swimmingpool. Zufahrt zum Haus nicht ganz einfach, da meist nur einspurig und eng mit Ausweichnischen. Sehr netter aufmerksamer Eigentümer. Die Aussicht ist top.

Das Haus befindet sich abgelegen auf einem Hügel. Die Aussicht aufs Meer ist berauschend. Die Anfahrt ist ein bisschen beschwerlich da die Strassen schmal und steil sind, aber man gewöhnt sich rasch dran. Der Pool ist wunderschön und im Haus hat es alles was man braucht, Outdoor-/ Indoorkitchen, Pizzaofen, genügend Pfannen, Geschirr, Gläser etc. Roberto ist ein sehr guter und gewissenhafter Gastgeber und bei Fragen und Problemen hilft er gerne weiter. Es war traumhaft schön.

Die Unterkunft war fantastisch...

Die Unterkunft war fantastisch, die Umgebung und der Blick traumhaft. Keine unmittelbaren Nachbarn. Der Pool ist gross und absolut sauber, das ganze Grundstück sehr gepflegt, geschmackvoll. Der Besitzer ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man sollte Moskitoschutz nicht vergessen. Wenn man mit dem eigenen Wagen kommt, sollte man soviel Grundbedarf wie möglich mitbringen, damit man nur für frische Sachen in den Ort fahren muss.
