décevant lamentable

Arrivés le 10 après-midi, nous somme repartis le 12 au matin. Je me déplace en fauteuil roulant et j'avais demandé à l'agence si cette maison était accessible. Il m'a répondu OUI la maison est de plein pied. Arrivés sur place, il y avait des marches partout : 3 marches pour entrer dans la maison (ça on était prévenu et c'est moins grave) mais 3 marches pour aller à la piscine. Au final, il m'était impossible de circuler seule dans la maison. Nous avons donc rendu les clefs le lundi 12. Le gérant a refusé de procéder au remboursement. Nous sollicitions le remboursement de la 2ème semaine, sachant que nous n'avons dormi que 2 nuits De fait, nous avons du prendre un hotel sur place, ce qui ne nous a pas arrangés du point de vue financier
