Restaurant is very good, both service and food, but it should have better hours. People are travelling and it's difficult to schedule meal times. Front desk was kind, but could be a little more professional. The climate system (a/c and heating) could be better. The lighting in the room is very poor. An overhead light in the bedroom and in the living space would make it much better. Housekeeping is exceptional. The room was very clean! There was a pump room issue. Emergency alarms and lights activated with and the fire department arriving. There should have been an announcement. However, I would book again, now that I know what to expect.

Restaurant was worst part of stay. Played Christmas music nonstop both meals - on Jan 30. We even asked about it and the server said she didn't know why. Service was VERY slow even though restaurant was almost empty both times. No breakfast buffet as advertised. Hotel itself was nice, room was nice, clean, updated. Lobby was updated and comfy/cozy. Mini store was well stocked. Staff was friendly. Pool water was warm. But pool towels were AWFUL. VERY small and rough.

We stayed here because of the snow storm coming in and my husband needed to be closer to work. The room was beautiful. Clean. Comfortable bed. Even the couch and chairs were comfortable. I spent 8 hours sitting at the desk in the room working and was comfortable the whole time. We did make use of the pool, because well its January and we live in NJ LOL. Front desk staff was wonderful and very friendly. My husband went down to breakfast and he said it was very good. If coming from out of state and needed a place to stay, we would definitely stay here.
