We arrived at 2:30 in the afternoon. I inquired if we could check in and the young lady told me the room( 2 bedrooms suite)wasn’t ready told me to try back in an hour. We went back around 5pm, different young lady tell me that they have been having trouble with all of the 2 bedroom suite and the would have to put us in separate rooms ( My husband, bound son17, goddaughter 9, and grandson 3 and myself. We agreed to this, my husband and son in one room, myself and the other 2 in another room. Next morning I get a call from the front desk that the 2 bedroom suite is ready or we can stay where we are. We chose to stay where we were. 10 minutes late I received another call and was told I had to go to the 2 bedroom suite or I would be charged for the rooms that we were in. So it’s ok for me to be ok when you all don’t get it right but now I gotta repack, move and unpack again. I was very disappointed with this treatment.
