Everything perfect

Great experience in Monopoli! The house is fantastic: clean, well furnished and peaceful. Very spacious showers, comfortable beds and pillows, fantastic outdoor area with pool and sunbeds. We had breakfast by the pool every day and it was just stunning. Daniele is a super host, accurate and polite. He gave us plenty of suggestions to explore the area and to make us feel like locals. I would come back again 100% and would recommend it to anyone.

Disappointing

The house and grounds are very nice. However we booked the accommodation expecting a 3 bedroom equipped house. We are a group of seniors, a couple and 2 friends who are not related and do not wish to sleep together in the same bed. On arrival, we discover that one of the 3 advertised bedrooms is not prepared and the host refuses to provide bedding for the 3rd. bedroom. He also informs us that he wants 156 euro's in cash extra. He tells us that it is in the listing and yes if you look through everything you will find it in Italian and buried very deeply. It is for the linen, cleaning and local tax. Despite several requests the linen for the other beds was not provided. There was not sufficient toilet paper, no shampoo. The kitchen had one electric plug for three appliances, don't expect to make gourmet meals here. The showers are an adventure.

Exploring the ‘Boot’

Our first visit to the area so we went into it w/no preconceptions and came away w/what is a great secret of Italy. The property was perfect for our off-season purpose. We were able to use the location for day trips to Bari/Monopoli, Matera, Lecce & Alberobello. The local market (walking distance) is more than sufficeint for all your needs. The owner, Daniele, was incredibly responsive to our initial questions on some functional questions. Even during the off-season we were able to enjoy the patio but not the pool 😕 We would highly recommend this location as a getaway, couples or family (during the season).

A Wonderful Retreat Close To The Coast

Absolutely loved our stay here! You're about 15 minutes drive from the main Bari-Brindisi road, so close enough to the coast without being caught up in all the hustle and bustle of the big towns. A very comfy spot, with other homes nearby, but managing to stay secluded due to the olive groves and bay trees that surround it. Would have loved to stay for longer, and my little girl didn't want to leave.

Beautiful property and fabulous host

We stayed for a week at this stunning newly refurbished property. It is equipped with everything you would need for your holiday, including all kitchen essentials and a washing machine. Daniele, the host, was excellent and messaged me back with great speed to any queries. A car is essential for the location, which is very peaceful. There is a small supermarket within walking distance, plus a pizzeria. We are going to recommend you to all our friends and family, amd hope to return one day soon. Grazie mille

Parfait!

Superbe maison conforme en tous points à la description. La literie est confortable, la climatisation fonctionne très bien, il y a des moustiquaires à toutes les fenêtres. Il y a un peu de moustiques le soir mais vraiment pas trop. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine avec les bonnes adresses suggérées par le proprietaire. Très bon accueil. Heerlijk huis op een prima locatie!

Het is een prima huis op een uitstekende locatie om de omgeving van Puglia te ontdekken. Daniele, de eigenaar was gemakkelijk bereikbaar en heeft ons goede tips gegeven om de omgeving te ontdekken. Het huis was schoon, het zwembad prima en de locatie was rustig. We zouden zo weer teruggaan.

Coudn't be better!

Beautiful new renovated holiday house. Quit location with a big garden. Daniele is very kind and very welcoming! We visited in November and the house could be heated by a pallet stove and central heating. In the direct area you can enjoy many good restaurants, a real heaven for foodlovers! Perfekte Unterkunft für Familien, um Meer und Sightseeing zu genießen

Wir haben hier mit unseren 3 Kindern 2 sehr erholsame Wochen verbracht. Das schöne, komfortable Haus, das 2019 komplett renoviert wurde, ist liebevoll eingerichtet u. hat einen tollen Pool und einen großzügigen, überdachten Freisitz. Die Lage ist ideal für Ruhesuchende. Das Haus liegt zwar nur 15 min vom Zentrum Monopoli u Strand entfernt, dennoch fühlt man sich wie auf dem Land. Man hört den Hahn der Nachbarn und in der Entfernung einen Esel. Man ist aber keinesfalls abgeschieden. Zum Minimarket in Impalata, wo man alles Wesentliche für den täglichen Bedarf erhält, wie zB. frische Brötchen, kann man zu Fuß laufen. In der Bar nebenan gibts morgens frische Brioche. Der Vermieter Daniele wohnt im Haus nebenan u ist immer erreichbar. Er kümmert sich äußerst zuverlässig und gewissenhaft um das Ferienhaus u reinigt den Pool regelmäßig. Für größere Einkäufe bietet sich an: Supermarket Famila in Monopoli. Begeistert hat uns der Panificio/Pasticceria L'Assunta. Hier wird zu der großen Auswahl an Backwaren u Gebäck auch noch ein Buffet mit warmen Speisen (Tavola calda) angeboten. Man kann alle Gerichte vor Ort auf einer großen Terrasse essen od sich einpacken lassen - per potarte via! Ideal für den Strandaufenthalt: Bewirtschafteter Strand "Belli Fresci" mit Parkplatz u freiem Strandteil im Stadtteil Capitolo. Hier hat man die Auswahl, sich entweder Schirme u Liegen zu mieten oder sich im freien Teil kostenlos aufzuhalten. Ein Salvataggio ist anwesend.Tipp für Stadtbesichtigung: Altstadt von Monopoli u. Ausflug nach Ostuni- besonders schön bei Nacht! Für uns war der Aufenthalt in Danieles Haus äußerst angenehm und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Charmante maison paisible et isolée au calme

Nous avons passé 2 semaines de vacances, en août, très agréables dans cette maison. Tout était exactement comme décrit dans l'annonce et visible sur les photos. Daniele, le contact, est sympathique et serviable. La localisation de la maison permet de profiter pleinement de cette magnifique région des Pouilles. Un très bon souvenir de cette Guest House proche de Monopoli.

Wunderschönes Häuschen in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Urlaubswoche in Danieles Haus. Das Haus ist wie auf den Fotos beschrieben. Einrichtung ist modern und geschmackvoll, so dass man sich sehr wohl fühlt. Die Aussenanlagen mit Pool sind sehr gepflegt. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Umgebung. Wir hatten eine sehr heiße Woche erwischt (35 °C). Trotzdem herrschte im Haus auch ohne Klimaanlage eine angenehme Temperatur. Die Lage ist optimal zwischen Stränden und Sehenswüdigkeiten. Ein Auto ist erforderlich. Fußläufig finden sich ein kleiner Supermarkt sowie einige Pizzerien. Daniele ist sehr sympatisch, stets ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Von uns eine klare 100% Weiterempfehlung.
