VisitApulia Murat is a charming apartment on the ground floor with indipendent access in a quiet area in the centre of Monopoli.
This nice typical apartment stands only 500 meters from the nearest beach place and less from at least 15 cafes and restaurants, many churches, charming piazzas, the old harbour with fishing boats, many shops and beautiful houses within 5 minutes walk from the house. And much more to enjoy if you walk a bit further?

The apartment is tastefully equipped with charming furniture and a brand new double bed, another single bed and lots of space for clothes. The sleeping area is in the same room from the kitchen area which includes a kitchenette, fridge and freezer, small dining area as well as a charming bathroom with shower.
Our apartment has TV, fridge, air conditioning and private bathroom, with courtesy kit and hairdryer.

This apartment with the original old charming lime stone walls and vaulted ceiling has its own atmosphere and for 2 people it is the perfect alternative to a hotel room. There is also a baby cot available to accommodate a children from 1 to 3 years old.

Convenient and cozy spot in Monopoli!

We stayed at this property while in Monopoli for a wedding. The place itself is a cute studio apartment with a beautiful stone ceiling. The location was very walkable with many restaurants and bars near by and about 10 minute walk from the city centre. Elisabetta was a wonderful host and even came to our rescue when my boyfriend left the gate key inside by accident.

Stay here if you’re in Monopoli!

Elisabetta is the best and you will love her apartment. Absolutely spotless and very comfortable. I slept great here and was able to make some meals in the provided kitchenette and utensils. Bed is comfortable, AC works well if it’s hot. Apartment has everything you need and Elisabetta will give tips on the best restaurants, cafes, beaches etc. stay here for a home away from home in Monopoli.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was light and airy, very clean and fresh. It was a pleasant and much needed change after staying in ‘cave’ style places in Lecce and Ostuni. The kitchen was well equipped, in a great location for supermarket and Pasquale’s pasticceria. The communication with Antonella was a big plus- she contacted us beforehand with needed details and ensured we had a great stay. She even asked if we needed blankets when the weather turned cooler. What a gem ;) highly recommended.

Clean and Nice

I recently stayed in this studio apartment hosted by Elisabetta, and I had a wonderful experience overall. The location is pretty convenient, about a 15-minute walk from the beach and central areas like the church, with a lively square nearby with restaurants and oftentimes a open air market with jewelry and art, etc. There are also small grocery stores nearby. Elisabetta was an exceptional host—friendly, responsive, and always willing to assist with any needs. The address listed on VRBO was slightly off, but the property sits right on the corner of where it's supposed to be. Despite being in the city, the neighborhood was pleasantly residential and quiet. The accommodations themselves were comfortable, bright, and impeccably clean. I appreciated the modern bathroom with its illuminated mirror and well-appointed amenities. Do note that there's only a shower available, no bathtub. The kitchenette was handy, stocked with cups, pans, plates, and some essentials upon arrival. One aspect to be aware of is the key card system: you need to keep the key card inserted in a slot to keep the electricity running in the room. This means when you leave, the power (including air conditioning and devices charging) shuts off shortly after you remove the card. It's something to plan around if you need to charge devices while you're out. Overall, it was a delightful stay and I would gladly stay here again. Elisabetta's hospitality and the comfortable accommodations made for a nice visit.

Schöne Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Bad ist top. Die kleine Küchenzeile haben wir nur zum Kaffeekochen genutzt. Nachteilig ist, dass es zwar eine Klimaanlage gibt, aber nur zwei kleine Fenster zum elektronischen Öffnen für Frischluft. Bei offenen Fenstern kann es von der Straße her ganz schön laut werden. Schön war, dass Wasser und Kaffee bei unserer Ankunft vorhanden war. Die Verständigung mit E. war etwas schwierig, da wir kein italienisch können. Die Lage ist günstig, da Zentrum und Bahnhof zu Fuß in weniger als 10 Minuten erreichbar sind..
