Located in the heart of the Serre Chevalier VallĂ©e ski area, in the center of the village of MonĂȘtier-les-Bains, we offer our 46 mÂČ duplex apartment for 4/5 people.
Ideally located, it can be enjoyed both in summer and winter.

The bright living room features an authentic wood‑burning stove for cozy evenings and offers a magnificent view of the slopes.
The apartment is spread over two floors. On the first floor, you will find the living room opening onto a private south-facing balcony, as well as a fully equipped kitchen (raclette set, toaster, dishwasher, etc.) and a separate toilet.

On the second floor, there is a bathroom and two comfortable separate bedrooms with Velux windows: one with a double bed and plenty of storage, the other with two single beds (which can be joined to form a double). The apartment also includes an additional small room with two single bunk beds.

Cute little apartment

Small apartment but everything you need for 4 adults for a weeks ski trip. Ideally situated a few hundred yards from the village centre and a little further away from the ski slopes. Access was easy and communications with the owners simple

Appartement trÚs agréable, bien équipé, bien situé, proche du centre et au calme. Nous ne connaissions pas Monetier-les-bains qui est un village trÚs mignon. En revanche le front de neige est un peu loin du centre du village. Je conseille de réserver la consigne sur le front de neige pour le matériel de ski, car ça fait une trotte avec les enfants.

Super verblijf! Fantastische streek met veel mogelijkheden!

Zeer functioneel en proper appartement. Echt alles is aanwezig! Zeer fijne en rustige ligging. Ideale uitvalsbasis om de streek te verkennen. Heel veel mogelijk heden tot activiteiten (raften, klimmen, paardrijden, wandelen,...). Zeer goed contact met de eigenaar! We raden dit vakantieverblijf heel erg aan! Hier komen we zeker terug!!!
