You will stay in a 4-room apartment that spans 90 square meters across two levels on the first floor. The living and dining area is furnished in a practical and comfortable manner, featuring a TV and an exit leading out to the terrace. One room contains a double sofa bed measuring 140 cm, a kitchen corner, a shower, bidet, and toilet, along with air conditioning and forced-air heating. This room also has an exit to the terrace. On the lower ground floor, there is a double bedroom and another room with two beds, both with exits to the patio. Additionally, there is a bath, bidet, and toilet on this level.

The apartment is equipped with a kitchenette that includes four hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and freezer. Gas heating is available from October 15th to April 15th.
