Schönes Feriendomizil

Die Wohnung ist für 2 Personen sehr grosszügig und wurde sicher vor nicht allzu langer Zeit renoviert mit hochwertigen Materialien. Die Wohnung war perfekt sauber, und auch das Grundstück und der Pool waren sehr gepflegt. Die Lage am Hang (absolut ruhig und schöne Aussicht) brachte es mit sich, dass es keine Fusswege für Spaziergänge mit dem Hund gab, nur die schmale Zufahrtsstrasse ins Städtchen hinab (und wieder hinauf!) Ansonsten haben wir alles als sehr hundefreundlich empfunden.

Het appartement was mooi in orde met 2 ruime slaapkamers. Geriefelijke keuken met wasmachine en afwasmachine. Prachtig uitzicht van op terras en vanuit het zwembad. Enig minpunt: op basis van de info die op de website gemeld was, dachten wij dat het zwembad maar moest gedeeld worden met maximaal 2 appartementen. In werkelijkheid was het met 5 appartementen, waardoor er onvoldoende ligzetels en ruimte aanwezig was rond het zwembad voor het gebruik door iedereen tegelijk. Spijtig.

Sehr schön gelegen, der Weg bis in den Ort zwar steil,aber kein Problem. Zuganbindung für Ausflugstouren perfekt, man kann das Auto wirklich stehen lassen. Die Anlage ist top gepflegt, sehr ruhig gelegen,der Meerblick fantastisch.

Ruim en mooi gelegen appartement

Ruim en prima voorzien appartement in vrij nieuw en smaakvol gebouw. Leuk en goed onderhouden zwembad erbij. Prachtig gelegen, hoog boven Moneglia, met prachtig uitzicht. Eerste keer is de stijle rit er naartoe wat spannend, maar dat went gauw. Heerlijke locatie voor een heerlijke vakantie!

Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. ...

Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Der schöne Pool war bei sommerlichem Wetter bis zu unserer Abreise am 29.9. im Betrieb. Die Wohnung ist schön und gut eingerichtet. Der Blick über die Bucht zum Meer ist fantastisch. Dank Olivenbaum und Pavillion an der Ostseite des Appartements stehen sowohl ein schattiger, als auch ein sonniger Sitzplatz zur Verfügung. Zum netten Ort läuft man ca. 15 Minuten, davon 5 Minuten relativ steil bergauf bzw. bergab. Die Zufahrt mit dem Auto ist eigentlich gut, allerdings nur ohneGegenverkehr. Da die Zufahrtsstraße kaum befahren ist, muss man aber schon Pech haben, dass einem ein anderes Fahrzeug entgegen kommt. Unsere Befürchtung, der Tunnel, der von Sestri Levante nach Moneglia führt, sei sehr eng, hat sich nicht bestätig und ist ohne Probleme zu nutzen. Der Tunnel nach Deiva Marina war gesperrt. Wir sind fast nur mit dem Zug gefahren. Im Ort gibt es reichlich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Reisetipps: Die Dörfer der Cinque Terre sind touristisch überlaufen. Der Nutzung des Hauptweges zwischen den Dörfern, der teilweise gesperrt war, ist gebührenpflichtig (7,50 Euro). Sehr schön ist der kostenlose Weg von Levanto nach Monterosso. Auch vom Moneglia aus kann man schön entlang der Küste wandern.

Sehr schöne und super ausgestattete Wohnung! Toller Pool mit fantastischem Blick! Lediglich Sonnenschirme fehlen. Fußläufig zu Ort und Strand den Berg runter. Jederzeit wieder! Reisetipps: Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge an der gesamten ligurischen Küste. Aufgrund der Nähe zum Bahnhof Ausflüge mit dem Zug sehr zu empfehlen!
