Beautiful view outside! Apartment was dirty. Shower smells like urine. A lot of mold on the bathroom ceiling. Showerhandles broken. Old furniture. Rats running around the apartment. Apartment smells like a 40.000 year old cave. Garden hasn’t seen a gardener in a year. No curtains on the rails. Apartment has potential but needs thorough cleaning and maintenance. Probably updated 15 years ago.

Der Aufenthalt war in vielerlei Bereichen nicht angenehm. Angefangen bei verschlissenen und unhygienischen Sitzkissen im Außenbereich über eine schlecht gereinigte Wohnung, muffig riechende Handtücher, Löcher in den Wänden, die bei Regen zu Überschwemmungen in der Wohnung führten, zu wenige Mülleimer, um den Müll zu trennen…

Schöne Lage, schöner Ort

Die Wohnung an sich war ordentlich, sauber und vernünftig ausgestattet. Was ein bisschen den Genuss trübt, was die Bahnstrecke/Bahnhof in Sichtweite, die auch recht stark frequentiert ist, inklusive entsprechender Geräuschkulisse. Aber das war kein großer Abbruch. Wir waren in der Nebensaison da, Temperaturen gut zum Baden im Mittelmeer und der Strand war sehr leer, was wohl zur Hauptsaison anders aussieht. Der Pool wurde leider am Tag vor unserer Ankunft geschlossen. Aber das war nicht so schlimm, das Meer war eh einladender.

Sehr nette Betreuerin,war immer hilfreiche .

Super schön gelegt,brauchst du aber ein Auto(Berg). Wohnung ist etwas leer,aber Küche ist ausgestattet. Saubere Handtücher und Bettwäsche. Schöne Garten,Pool war leider ( Ende Oktober) aus. Wunderbare Urlaub.

Schönes Ferienhaus in Top Lage

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in einer besonders schönen Lage. Die einzelnen Ferienwohnungen in dem Ferienhaus sind räumlich sehr schön von einander separiert. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Leider war die Klimaanlage defekt, dies war offensichtlich und hätte schon vor Bezug entdeckt werden müssen und ohne Zeit zu verlieren im Vorfeld vor Bezug der Wohnung repariert werden können.

Alles in allem ein phantastischer Aufenthalt

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt in Moneglia. Das Appartment war sehr schön, gemütlich und sauber( bis auf etwas Schimmel an der Badezimmerdecke). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Check in verlief, bis auf einen kleinen Zwischenfall, reibungslos. Die Ladys vor Ort waren sehr sehr freundlich und haben uns jede Frage sofort beantwortet. Wir waren über Whatsapp verbunden. Der Pool war auch schon offen. Wenn wir nicht runter ans Meer gefahren sind, haben wir den Tag sehr gut am Pool verbringen können. Die Parkplatzsituation im Ort ist sehr schlecht. Aber wir haben ziemlich schnell ein Parkhaus gefunden welches immer leer war. Es gibt tolle Restaurants und schöne Läden. Der Strand ist sehr sauber und für 15 Euro pro Tag kann man sich einen Schirm und 2 Liegen mieten. Meiner Meinung nach sind 130 Euro etwas übertrieben für die Endreinigung. Trotzdem würden wir jeder Zeit wieder dieses Appartment buchen. Vielen Dank!
