The apartment is in the Marche coast 4 km from Marotta, 12 km from the characteristic town of Senigallia and 14 km from Fano. The neighbouring areas host historic villages and towns, the Gradara Castle (44 km), a characteristic and historic medieval village, festivals, exhibitions and events in most of the year, the city of Urbino (58 km), home to one of the oldest universities.
