The room was adequate, you can get woken up by the doors opening and closing and if you’re close to a vending machine it can also wake you. We just didn’t have good sleeps because of noises outside the door

Staff was 10/10! We had a little hiccup with the breaker for the hot tub but the staff that helped us specifically Jason were amazing and made the night all the more special! They were all super friendly and amazingly accommodating from the moment we walked through the door to the moment we left! Our room was super clean!

I had to pay for parking and didn’t have a parking spot. Then when I ordered pizza for my daughters in the evening someone stole it. So we all went to bed hungry. Not the best experience but staff was friendly.

Location is great. Hotel is very clean. The restaurant is good and for a hotel buffet style breakfast not bad. Upon checking in I asked if i could pay for the room then. The hostess said you will pay tomorrow upon checkout. The next day at check out I went to pay with my debit card. Only then was I informed she had charged my credit card the day prior for the full amount. She did process the return but it would take several days for the charge to be refunded. It was the same hostess both times. There was also a man agressively screaming in the hotel where the rooms are not long after check in time. We didnt hear it again so assumimg it was appropriately dealt with.

We stayed here the night of a concert across the street at the Avenir Center. The hotel was amazing- it was clean, every single staff member we encountered was pleasant and helpful. We felt our vehicle was safe in the lot. It was incredibly convenient to the concert venue and extremely affordable. We are very much looking forward to our next stay!
