Enjoy sweeping views of Monaco, the Mediterranean and the surrounding hills from this distinctive castle-style villa in La Turbie. Characterful stonework, elegant bedrooms and inviting terraces create a memorable setting for a stay on the French Riviera.

With three ensuite bedrooms in the main house, a separate studio and additional hallway sleeping space, the property accommodates up to 10 guests. It is particularly well suited to families, extended families and friends who want to spend time together while enjoying space and privacy.

BEDROOMS AND SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

Master bedroom
An elegant king-size four-poster bed is the centrepiece of this spacious room. An adjoining dressing area includes a dressing table, mirrors, storage and an armchair, while a door opens directly onto the terrace. The private ensuite has a bath, separate shower, toilet and bidet.

Bedroom 2
A welcoming queen-size bedroom with decorative furnishings, storage and a dressing table. French doors open onto a balcony with hillside views. The private ensuite includes a shower and toilet.

Bedroom 3
Large windows frame breathtaking Mediterranean and hillside views. This bedroom has a queen-size bed, wardrobe and mirrored storage cabinet, together with a private ensuite containing a shower and toilet.

Separate studio
Situated at the front of the property, the studio offers additional independence with its own private entrance and an internal connection to the main villa. It includes a double bed, kitchenette and private ensuite with a shower and toilet.

Additional hallway sleeping space
Two pull-down wall beds provide sleeping space for two additional guests. These are in the shared hallway connecting the bedrooms, so the area remains a passageway for your group and is not a separate private bedroom.

Depending on their ages and size, the wall beds may accommodate up to four children sharing. If you would like to discuss this arrangement, please message me before booking so we can confirm suitability and the total guest number. The advertised capacity of 10 allows for two guests in this area.

SIX BATHROOMS

The property has six bathrooms in total: three bedroom ensuites, the studio ensuite, a bathroom serving the hallway sleeping area and another serving the sitting room. The master ensuite includes both a bath and a separate shower.

LIVING AND DINING

Gather in the villa’s comfortable living spaces, prepare meals in the equipped main kitchen, or enjoy the flexibility of the studio’s own kitchenette. An outdoor kitchen with a preparation counter, sink, hob and BBQ makes cooking and dining alfresco part of the Riviera experience. Air conditioning and heating provide comfort throughout the seasons.

OUTDOOR RIVIERA LIVING

The terraces and gardens offer several places to dine, relax and take in the scenery. Enjoy a leisurely breakfast outdoors, settle beneath the flower-covered gazebo, or share an evening BBQ overlooking the Riviera.

• A private Hydropool combining a pool section and a jacuzzi-style section in one unit
• Two BBQs and an outdoor kitchen area
• Outdoor dining tables and seating across the terraces
• A flower-covered gazebo and hanging egg chair
• Mediterranean gardens and panoramic sea, Monaco and hillside views
• Outdoor parking for up to six cars

The Hydropool is included in your stay and does not require advance booking.

The characterful stonework, flower-covered gazebo and panoramic terraces offer beautiful backdrops for photographs, including wedding portraits. Please enquire before booking if you are considering a wedding photography session.

This does not include permission to hold a wedding or reception at the property.

OPTIONAL SAUNA

Sauna use is available for a one-off fee of €500. Advance booking is essential, as it needs to be set up and prepared before use. Please message me ahead of your stay if you would like to arrange this.

EXPLORE LA TURBIE AND THE CÔTE D’AZUR

The villa’s elevated setting makes it a wonderful base for exploring Monaco, Monte-Carlo, Èze, Cap-d’Ail and the wider French Riviera. Combine days discovering coastal towns, beaches and restaurants with quieter time enjoying the villa’s terraces and views.

A car is recommended for exploring the area, and guests should be comfortable driving on local hillside roads.

PRIVACY WITH SUPPORT WHEN YOU NEED IT

You’ll have privacy and independence throughout your stay. Although I won’t be at the property in person, I’m available remotely via Vrbo messaging to answer questions and help with anything that arises. Clear arrival instructions will be provided before your stay.
