A 5-minute walk from Monaco, with a balcony, beautiful partial sea view, air conditioning, heating, elevator, parking, WIFI, kitchen, TV.
This apartment includes 1 small closed bedroom, a dining area, a living room with a very good quality sofa bed, as well as a kitchen with refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, and linens.
Towels and bed linen are available for your use.
All visitors/guests in the flat must register on the booking platform before entering the flat. in other words, be part of the reservation group.
Turn off the lamps, heating, and air conditioner, and lock the door with the key each time you leave the apartment.
Follow these rules during your stay: No weapons, firearms, explosives, or additional kitchen or electronic equipment. No gas, flammable materials, or illegal substances. No drunk behavior. No manufacture of any kind. Respect quiet time from 21 PM to 8 AM.
