Nous Ă©tions 4 amies Ă sĂ©journer dans cette location pendant un peu moins d'une semaine. Le couple propriĂ©taire de l'appartement est d'une trĂšs grande gentillesse et toujours prĂȘt Ă nous renseigner ! L'appartement en lui mĂȘme est top, prĂšs de la mer et des commerces, propre et avec tout le nĂ©cessaire. De plus, mĂȘme en plein mois d'aoĂ»t nous n'avons pas eu trop chaud Ă l'intĂ©rieur !

Alloggio Comodo a tutti i servizi. Vicino alla cattedrale e viuzze caratteristiche di Menton. Raymond e Dominique due ottimi proprietari, super gentili, simpatici e molto disponibili. La finestra in cucina che affaccia sul mare ha una veduta panoramica pazzesca! Ci ritorneremo pazzescapazzesca!!riritorneremo.

Inadapté pour une famille
L'hĂŽte accueillant,
En revanche, le logement sent le moisi
Les draps troués (photo à l'appui), literie usée inconfortable, cousins sales, lit chauffeuse pour mes enfants abßmé (sale). En été malgré presence de ventilateurs au plafond, une chaleur intenable dans l'habitat (30 degrés).
Absence de wifi pourtant mentionné sur la fiche du logement, etant en télétravail je ne pouvais pas travailler correctement.
Localisation difficile d'accĂšs pour une famille (beaucoup d'escaliers).
Nous avons dû dÚs le lendemain de notre arrivée louer 2 chambres à l'hÎtel (facture à l'appui) le plus proche car dans l'impossibilité de dormir, ou de tenir une journee dans l'habitat sans climatisation. Meme un climatiseur sur pieds
aurait pu ameliorer la température. Nous sommes déçus et avons dépensé le triple de ce que nous avions prevu pour notre séjour.
Je ne recommande donc pas ce logement en été pour une famille.

Parfait mais attention stationnement difficile
Appartement bien situĂ© Ă 3 minutes de la plage cependant beaucoup d escaliers Ă prendre en considĂ©ration si'soucis de santĂ©. L appartement n'a pas de climatisation mais un ventilateur au plafond mais pas gĂȘnant car le soir si vous laissez les fenĂȘtres entrouvertes il fait assez frais. Les propriĂ©taires sont trĂšs sympas et disponibles , ils nous ont offert des confitures maison. Merci Ă eux pour leur accueil

Schönes Appartement
Der Vermieter hat uns freundlicherweise am ersten Tag am Bahnhof in Menton mit Auto abgeholt und am letzten Tag zum Bahnhof gebracht. Allgemein haben wir keine Probleme mit Appartement gehabt. Das Wenige, was uns ein Bisschen gefehlt hatte - ein Wasserkocher und WiFi.
Dass das Appartement ziemlich hoch liegt und wir mehrmals pro Tag hoch und runter mĂŒssten, hat uns im groĂen und ganzem nicht gestört.
Wir haben unseren 2-wöchigen Urlaub in Menton genossen.

Belle semaine à Menton. A notre arrivée propriétaires présents, trÚs sympathiques, réactifs pour nous aider.
Appartement propre, bien situé avec un peu de marche mais en 5 minutes en centre ville.
Nous recommandons cette location.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour
A noter la trĂšs belle vue sur la baie de Menton et les toits de la vieille ville. L'appartement est trĂšs lumineux.
Un petit bémol pour le stationnement, les places sont rares et nous remercions le propriétaire qui a pu en retenir une à notre arrivée. Accueil trÚs sympathique.
