1. I complained a noisy AC 3 times and nothing was done to stop this. I didn’t have a restful sleep. 2. Staff were a bit slow/ I did not feel welcomed 3. Pool was under renovation/ noisy. 4. Rooms aren’t as per the photos. Very small and congested 5. Room service doesn’t pick up the phone. Had to call via my personal device.

Room clean, staff friendly, for all inclusive a lot of the items were missing or permanently off (mango Thai sticky rice, several wine options, some drinks, etc.) which was frustrating because it left you with limited options. Thai restaurant was great, cocktails for all inclusive were mostly good, the buffet dinner was not our favorite. The Italian restaurant had good steak and food. Beach has some beach boys that do aggressively follow you. We didn’t go to beach much because of this. For the pools, people come out early and “reserve” spots and then don’t come to the pool until hours later. This needs to be banned by management as it is entirely entitled and rude. Room was very large and amenities were nice. Bed was very firm and my husband was in pain every morning. We would come back. Overall it was a good experience. They give Kenyan resident rates which is nice but they’re almost the same price as Expedia.

The room was large and spotless (Adam did a great job cleaning our room)! The 5 pools were lovely and the food was very tasty. Loved walking on the beach and enjoying the Indian Ocean.

The rooms were always clean and no request was too much for them. There was also someone who would come during breakfast to inquire whether our room had any issues, which would then be quickly resolved The food was excellent, and the food and ice cream stalls during the day were very helpful. We had a lot of fun here and it honestly was the best resort we’ve ever stayed in. There was always an event and the new years celebration was absolutely fantastic. Missing the experience already

All the staff were delightful with Esther, Lucky and George plus night manager Fred particularly kind on the front desk. Martha was also very lovely in the excellent Minazi restaurant and Gabriel in the Lido bar and restaurant. The rooms were good on the whole and Claire from guest services was very helpful too. Would definitely return.
