Stunningly located in the heart of the Garfagnana with the most wonderful views of open countryside and mountains, is this beautiful stone cottage and chestnut house which have been converted into three clean, light, airy, spacious and well equipped holiday homes sharing a pool. We rent them all together to give you full privacy and a real sense of freedom. Be together when you wish but have privacy between your groups. Ideal for friends or large families.
The apartments are individually equipped, with personal entrances and personal eating out areas with BBQs. There is a large terrace to all eat together.
This is an ideal spot for groups of couples and families looking for a totally peaceful holiday with amazing views, yet within easy reach of local tourist activities, and rarely in this area within walking distance of 2 restaurants!
Enjoy this amazing location and the beautifully kept properties which are split as follows:

The local town of Gallicano is less than a 15 minute drive, and here one can find a train station for easy exploring, shops, bars, restaurants, weekly market and a hypermarket.
The market town of Castelnuovo with its famous Thursday morning market, and various bars and restaurants is only a 20minute drive too.

The real beauty of this area however is the stunning scenery and hundreds of beautiful hilltop villages to explore

Enchanting place with a magnificent view

We rented all three houses for 12 people, which worked very well. The grounds and the area are typically Tuscan, very charming and beautiful. The propertymanager is very helpful and available. The poolarea is particularly nice and the teenagers spent all day there :-) Nearby you’ll find Lucca, winetasting, hiking and many other activities. Highly recommendable.

Fantastisk plats!

Fantastiskt vacker fastighet med utsikt över Bergen. Blev mĂ„nga timmar vid poolen/grillen/alla uteplatser. Allt Ă€r helt och rent, allt fungerar. Loriano Ă€r vĂ€ldigt trevlig och hjĂ€lpsam utan att vara pĂ„trĂ€ngande! Åksjuketabletter rekommenderas för bilresan till/frĂ„n huset :)GĂ„ngavstĂ„nd till trevliga Il Totto och ca 25 min bilvĂ€g till mĂ„nga andra restauranger och affĂ€rer. Rekommenderars varmt!!

Perfect Tuscan paradise

Es war wirklich einfach nur ein Traum. Es sind quasi 3 Wohnungen in Form von einem großen und einem kleinen Haus, die aber alle privat vermietet werden also man ist komplett privat auf dem Riesen GelĂ€nde. Es war noch viel schöner als auf den Fotos, Riesen Pool, Mega Aussicht, wirklich wunderschön. Alles war absolut sauber, Betten super bequem und perfekt ausgestattet. Absolut empfehlenswert. Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich lieb, Dierks wurde sogar ein unglaublich leckerer Kuchen vorbeigebracht. Wunderschönster Urlaub ĂŒberhaupt. Danke :)

Relaxing time and the most remote tuscany province

Molazzana ricordi indimenticabili

Questo posto magnifico lasciano ricordi insostituibili grazie al suo incredibile fascino , la bellezza la tranquillitĂ  e ÂŽ`l"armonia con la natura. Ti senti accarezzato di tutto ciĂČ che c'Ăš intorno .La casa ben tenuta e arredamento scelto con cura e buon gusto . Non manca nulla in cucina o in bagno, gli spazi verdi sembrano staccati dalle riviste, la piscina pulita hanno fatto un completo che le foto non sono capace di riprodure purtroppo. Ringraziamo anche il Sig. Loriano e la sua famiglia e spero che diventi un'amicizia che duri tutta la vita.

Schönes Ferienhaus fĂŒr einen Familienurlaub

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Unterkunft besteht aus drei Ferienwohnungen und ist sehr sauber. Es ist alles vorhanden was benötigt wird. Der Gastgeber Loriano schaut tÀglich kurz vorbei um zu sehen, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

We love this place, stunning view, away from everything

Just an amazing place. Exactly what we expected and hoped for. We did not miss anything. The pictures definitely don't lie and everything perfect. Loriano, the owner, welcomed us as agreed with the agency and made himself understood by using google translate, communication went just fine. He stopped by once a day to check that everything was ok. Such a nice and loving man. We were 2 families of 4 people and we had the whole property to ourselves. We spent a lot of time together by the pool and on the terrace overlooking the beautiful countryside. We could easily be together - and be apart if needed. There are very winding, narrow roads leading up to the property and we planned no unnecessary "road trips". However we did not really want to be anywhere else anyway.

Nice views

Very nice view over Gallicano. Garden was cozy and well maintained, lots of tables, chairs, sunshades, etc. 3 kitchen and fridgerators, so there was plenty space for food and drinks. Kitchen’s contained everything (equipment) what we needed. There was also 3 barbecues, although we used just one of them. The house owner were kind, but he doesn’t speak any english. Fortunately one of our party speaked little Italy. One thing which bothered us: there was surveillance camera headed to the pool, but we covered it with hat when we were swimming. Location of the house is pretty high (which we ofcourse knew already), but it’s good that temperature kept comfort level at midsummer (not too hot), at least for skandinavian 🙂.

Perfect stay

Perfect stay for us when we were three families, us and our two kids with their families. We could combine private time and being together. The kids enjoyed the pool very much. The surrounds are just beautyful. Our host was very friendly.

Einfach nur toll!

Ein tolles Haus mit viel Platz und allem was man so braucht. Auf einem (achtung: kurvenreichen) Berg gelegen mit vieeel PrivatsphĂ€re, man stört also niemanden :) Unglaublicher Panormablick, toller Pool und super netter Vermieter! Er hat sich sehr viel MĂŒhe bei der Kommunikation gegeben, kam öfter vorbei und hat uns sogar Kuchen und Wein vorbeigebracht Grazie molto!

Fremragende

Det er rigtig dejligt sted. Husene er gamle renoverede stenhuse, i typisk italiensk stil. I haven er der grÞntsager og krydderurter til fri afbenyttelse. VÊrten er utrolig venlig og sÞd ved bÞrnene. Han taler kun italiensk, men gÞr sig forstÄelig alligevel. Huset er delt i to lejligheder + der er et hyggelig annex ved poolen til bedsteforÊldrene. Helt perfekt sted for hele familien. Vejen derop er meget smal og kringlet, men nÄr fÞrst man er der vil man ikke vÊk igen. Fremragende beliggenhed og udsigt , billederne lyver ikke. Der er ikke aircon, men det betyder ikke noget, da huset ligger i 850m hÞjde. Om aftenen kommer der kÞlig luft ind sÄ det er behageligt at sove.

Tolle Unterkunft zum WohlfĂŒllen

Liebevoll hergerichtetes Anwesen, welches sehr gut gepflegt ist. Lage ist etwas außerhalb und auf 800m ĂŒber dem Meer. Tolle Lage mit fantastischer Sicht. Angenehme Temperaturen auch an heißeren Tagen durch die hohe Lage. Pool war trotz der hohen Lage auch schon Anfang Juni angenehm warm. Der Besitzer schaut regelmĂ€ĂŸig vorbei und ist sehr bemĂŒht, dass alles in Ordnung ist. Er reagiert auch sehr schnell auf Anfragen (vor und auch wĂ€hrend des Aufentahltes). Eine wirklich tolle Unterkunft.

En vacker oas högt uppe bland de toscanska bergen. Vi var dĂ€r 2 veckor frĂ„n mitten av september och det höga lĂ€get gjorde att det blev kallt om kvĂ€llarna ca 10 grader kallare Ă€n i dalen sĂ„ ta med tjocka klĂ€der sĂ„ blir det hur mysigt som helst. Schöner Urlaub fĂŒr grĂ¶ĂŸere Gruppe

Wir waren zu 11. in der Wohnanlage, der Blick ist super und die Wohnung wie auf den Fotos. Sauber und ordentlich alles. Der EigentĂŒmer kommt einmal am Tag vorbei und schaut nach dem rechten. Die Wohnanlage liegt ein wenig ab vom Schuss, ca. 15 Minuten von der nĂ€chsten grĂ¶ĂŸeren Ortschaft und Supermarkt entfernt und ĂŒber eine Bergstraße erreichbar. Lucca 45min, Florenz 1h45min entfernt. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen!

Superbe propriété... au calme!

La semaine a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs chouette avec 2 autres familles. Superbe propriĂ©tĂ© nichĂ©e dans la montagne. Il faut le vouloir pour y arriver, mais quand on y est on n’a plus envie de quitter la piscine et la vue magnifique ! Les dĂ©placements sont un peu longs par rapport aux belles villes toscanes, mais c’est le prix de la tranquillitĂ©. PropriĂ©taire bien prĂ©sent et trĂšs gentil!
