The air conditioning was so loud that I could not sleep ! The shower drain was plugged ! The bed was not comfortable. Thank you for a fast check in but we were way to tired to complain to front desk

Enjoyed my short stay. Hotel is conveniently located off the freeway close to Chili’s, other eateries and the Outlet Mall. Love the selection for breakfast as well as other snacks and food for purchase. Bed was comfortable although I will probably get an accessible room next time due to bed and toilet was a little low for me. I’ll definitely return for another visit.

Convenient location. Slow check in (no one there). None of the lights in the room worked except one on a timer. Called desk twice (no answer first call) and then the second he said he’d come up. We checked in and the toilet didn’t work. I called reception and they said ok. I called them and they said thanks for letting us know. I then went down to reception and they said well I can’t do anything my maintenance guy went home. I can move you to another room. Late at night we had to pack our suits cases up and move floors. There was black pubic hair in the shower it was disgusting very disappointing

I enjoyed the facility however having motion censored lights come on at the door and in the bathroom was terribly annoying while trying to sleep. If someone went to the bathroom in the middle of the night or in my case I went to my suitcase which was 6 feet from the door cause the automatic lights to come on and interrupted my sleep and the sleep of my bunk mate. This is the first hotel I've been in that had motion censored lights come on in the room. Get rid of them immediately. I won't stay at this facility again when I pass through Barstow.
