The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Our room was on the lowest floor, right next to the road. Had we been staying longer than one night, I would have tried to swap rooms for on higher up with a proper view of the sea.
We ate in the restaurant in the hotel and were very disappointed, it was very harshly lit, looked like a school canteen and it was freezing, I watch as others came in and shivered and put on coats and cardigans - we did ask the staff if they could do something about the air conditioning. We did not enjoy our meal there, my partner asked for his steak medium rare, but it was just seared and raw inside, even after we sent it back. I did not enjoy my choice of food and left most of it. So would not recommend for an evening meal. However breakfast was another matter, we got to sit out on the balcony, the food was lovely and fresh, though served in odd little portions and orders for cooked breakfast taken at the table and freshly cooked.
