Just back from a week in this apartment and it was fantastic. The location couldn’t be better — only a 2–3 minute walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants, yet set back enough to stay peaceful. It’s also just a minute from the bus station. Being above a supermarket and having a lift in the building if you want to self‑cater it would be incredibly convenient, however you don’t need to with so many lovely places near the beach and harbour. The apartment has everything you could need: a fully equipped kitchen, TV with Netflix, washing machine, ironing facilities — but the standout feature is definitely the large, sunny terrace.Our host, Juan, was brilliant. He met us on arrival to show us around and checked in by text a couple of times to make sure everything was going smoothly.I honestly can’t recommend this apartment highly enough. Thanks for a wonderful stay — we’ll definitely be back next year.

Excellent apartment

From start to finish our communication with Juan Ramirez has been excellent. The apartment is comfortably furnished with everything you need for your stay, jncluding 2 beach chairs. The location, above the SPAR is perfect, with many restaurants, bars & shops right on your door step & the beach just a few minutes walk away. The terrace has some shade all day but also gets the sun. Would definitely recommend & would look to return sometime in the future.

Magnificent Mogan

We love Mogan, so pretty and unspoilt. The apartment was so central to beach and restaurants and The Port is a revelation. Juan could not have been a better Host - welcoming us and always availabe for any queries. Property well equipped and very quiet with a lovely terrace. Thoroughly recommend

Two weeks of relaxation

We had a fantastic time staying at Juan's apartment, location is excellent, beach , marina, restaurants and shops all within 5 minutes walk. The apartment had everything we needed plus massive terrace which had sunshine from morning till night. Porto de Mogan Apartment

Our first time in Puerto de Mogan and had a superb holiday.. The Apartment had all the facilities we needed for our 4 week stay - great sun terrace , well fitted kitchen with all appliances and fab terrace - also in a good location for easy access to beach and restaurants etc . Juan was a great host and appreciate his hospitality throughout our stay . Hope to be back in the future .

Excellent apartment

The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed. The beach, restaurants and harbour are just a few minutes walk. The terrace of the apartment is also good with comfortable sun beds, a table and chairs. There is a conveniently located supermarket below the apartment. The owner had excellent communication, meeting us in person when we arrived and before we left. We would definitely look to stay here again if visiting Puerto de Mogan.

Fantastic Apartment

Fantastic apartment, ideal for two people. Plenty of room inside and massive outside area to relax on sun beds or enjoy drink. Just a two minute walk to beach and restaurants - of which there are plenty, all serving excellent food - whilst kitchen in apartment has everything needed. Juan (owner) was in regular contact before, during and after our stay to ensure we received first class service throughout our stay. Highly recommended and we will return again…

Visit 3rd March until 31st March 2020

This property was very nice and location was lovely. Mogan is a beautiful resort and apartment was 5 minutes to beach bars and restaurants. I have to say how nice and helpful the owner Juan was during our stay. Under difficult situation Spain went onto lockdown on 14th March and we had to get an emergency flight back on 21st. At all times Juan was concerned for our welfare right until we stepped onto the plane. He made sure we got to the airport by booking and paying for our taxi. He has also told us we can come back at any time to stay for the days we lost. Juan I cannot thank you enough.

Close to everything and amazingly well equipped. The huge terrace is perfect for sunbathing, enjoying a meal or drink or just relaxing. Minutes from the beach, supermarket and all that Puerto Mogan offers. Juan is a total star. He is so helpful - meets you to explain everything, replies within minutes to any communication and was very understanding when we managed to loc ourself out on the last day!

Excellent apartment

We stayed here for 28 nights from 7/5 - 4/6. Juan met us at the apartment and gave us all the info we needed. We had a problem with the boiler at one point and within a few hours it was repaired and cava and chocolates left for us. The apartment was well equipped, very clean and had plenty of towels and extra bedding for our stay. The washing machine was easy to use and had obviously been cleaned prior to our arrival. The balcony is big and has enough furniture for two people. We had an excellent stay and hope to return.

Convenient location, near to beach, shops and restaurants. Apartment well equipped and comfortable. Juan (the owner) could not have been more helpful and hospitable. Perfect apartment to enjoy your stay

This apartment had everything we needed and more. It is so conveniently situated and has the bonus of a lift which was so helpful as my husband had a knee replacement and is still no too good on stairs. It is about a 2 minute walk to the lovely beach and all the restaurants are within a very easy walk. Would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a quiet holiday with great facilities. A big thank you to Juan who was so helpful.

Home from Home

Exactly what we had hoped for. Juan kept in regular contact until we entered the apartment, then continued to check we had everything we needed. Everything you could think of was available, even small beach chairs and most importantly for us, COMFORTABLE SUN LOUNGERS WITH MATTRASSES, ON THE TERRACE. Quiet , convenient location, minutes from the beach and restaurants, nothing wrong with this apartment. We have already booked for next year as we enjoyed it so much.

THE APARTMENT WAS EXCELLENT, VERY CLEAN, WITH A LOVELY BIG BALCONY.JUAN AND HIS WIFE WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND VERY HELPFUL.
