Vi havde som familie bestilt opholdet her pga morgenmad og wellnessafdeling. Hotellet vil vi betegne som middel. Virker lidt slidt, rengøring er ikke i top, der blev meget varm på værelset og ikke ordentlige udluftningsmuligheder. Wellness afdelingen var okay ikke noget prangende men virkede okay velholdt. Morgenmaden var meget kedelig. Intet hjemmelavet og der manglede ofte service da der ikke blev fyldt op. Service: ingen henvendte sig til os under hele opholdet (3 overnatninger) ingen velkommen og intet farvel - ingenting. Det virkede lidt mærkeligt. Det bliver ikke et genbesøg fra os.

Not a clean hotel

Snails in my room. hairs in my bed & shower. Never seen one staff member until morning at breakfast. Most of hotel is unoccupied and not staffed any longer. Hotel looks to have been nice maybe 20 years ago. This hotel is run down without updates and remodeling. This was a waste of money on what was advertised as nice. I will never stay here again.

Regular hotel a bit over rated I think, still there is not much choice in Logstor). Reception is not open all day so they left keys on the desk. Rooms and bath are spacious but poorly equipped. Breakfast was ok but expected something better for the price (still it's Denmark, everything is so expensive there!!).

Nice hotell with Scandinavian design feature and beautiful garden. Not manned reception in the evening. Nice buffet restaurant at the hotel and about 1,5 km walk to the city center.

Fint men småting kunne være bedre.

Det er tydeligt at man har forsøgt at modernisere stedet, så det står lyst og indbydende. Flot udsigt. Værelset var dejligt stort og lille terrasse udenfor værelset. Lækre udendørs arealer med loungemøbler eller stole og borde. I varmen kunne man ønske at man ikke nødvendigvis skulle have en dør til at stå åbent til værelset.. Og kunne ønske lettere afskærmning på terrassen til de andre værelser. Badeværelset var beskidt og hvis man hænger dispenser med håndsæbe op i brusekabinen, kan man lige så godt undvære den. Morgenmaden kunne vi lige så godt have undværet og købt et par rundstykker med os i Rema.. Havde ikke booket wellnessophold men havde alligevel adgang til welnessafdelingen, fint man lige kunne bade lidt, men ville blive skuffet hvis jeg havde bestilt et wellnessophold og man selv skal fylde spa og tænde for diverse ting. Når man er på wellnessophold skal man forkæles, det er ikke forkælelse.. men fint til det vi skulle bruge det til, og kunne sagtens finde på at komme igen.

This hotel reminded me of being in an elderly home

This hotel reminded me of being in an elderly home! The bed was terrible — hard and squeaky — and the pillow was even worse: flat, lumpy, and impossible to get comfortable with. There was a bad smell coming from the bathroom that lingered in the entire room. Everything felt unclean, and the general level of hygiene was simply not acceptable. The service was just as disappointing: cold, uninterested, and unwelcoming. No effort was made to make guests feel seen or cared for. Breakfast? A complete letdown. Poor selection, low quality — and not even a decent cup of coffee. The dining area was packed with grumpy, sour-faced elderly people, and no one — staff or guests — seemed to be enjoying themselves. Not a single smile in sight. The whole place felt tired, sad, and neglected. Definitely not somewhere I’d ever return to or recommend.
