Splendid contry house dating back to the early 1900s completely renovated to welcome travellers.
Outside, a garden similar to a corner of paradise.
You will find every type of comfort: 2 bedrooms; new furniture; complete kitchen; bathroom with hydromassage shower; a laundry room complete with washing machine; private parking; garden; barbecue...and everything you need to enjoy a relaxing holiday.
The house is located in the center between the towns of Modica, Ispica and Pozzallo. Its position allows you to enjoy different emotions every day: you can dedicate yourself to visiting the baroque cities of the Val di Noto or discover the sea and the splendid beaches of the Mediterranean coast. The quarter is very quiet, immersed in the Modica countryside. You can enjoy the view of the typical "dry stone walls" and the Mediterranean scrub.
