Palazzo degli Olivi - La Terrazza studio on Modica

Located in the heart of the monumental area of Modica Bassa, the studio enjoys a unique, pleasant and peaceful location, just 30 meters from the Corso full of life, various shops, bookstores, cafes, bars, restaurants and more.
It has an independent entrance that leads to a room furnished with great care, used as a bedroom and dining area. From here there is a large panoramic terrace with a small, well-equipped built-in kitchen inside, to have the pleasure of cooking and then having breakfast, lunch and dinner outdoors, or simply to relax and sunbathe.
You can park for free about 200 meters from the house.
It is equipped with: air conditioning, heating, wi-fi internet, LCD TV, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, ceiling paddle fans ...
The mattress, pillows and linen are of excellent quality.

The bathroom has a tub.

THE BUILDING:

PALAZZO DEGLI OLIVI is an ancient Baroque building with Art Nouveau elements. Inside there are the apartments: "EUFORBIA", "ARCHI E BALCONI", "LA TERRAZZA DEI GELSOMINI" and the studio apartment "LA TERRAZZA SU MODICA".
The three residential floors of the building, connected by an internal staircase, have independent entrances and services, so it is possible to experience the "PALAZZO DEGLI OLIVI" both as a single dwelling, full of air and light, with six bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, five balconies and two large terraces, both as four independent units (respectively for two, five, four and still two people).

The restoration was conservative and ecological: all floors and walls are in Modica stone and all rooms have ceiling fan blades to allow natural and healthy cooling, limiting the use of air conditioners, also present.

The closest airport is Comiso, 40 minutes by car. Catania airport about 1 hour and 30 minutes. From the airports there are buses that connect them to Modica.
