Then there is an open kitchen and 4 double bedrooms, all with private bathroom-shower. These comfortable interiors, furnished with particular care, are fitted out with all modern comforts: Wi-Fi, 5 Smart TVs, air-conditioning, heating, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, electric oven, microwave and espresso/American coffee maker. All rooms are air-conditioned. The central location of the residence means you are immediately immersed in the magical atmosphere of this charming baroque town. Al Monumento is also an excellent starting point for easily reaching Scicli, Ragusa-Ibla, Noto and Syracuse by car, as well as the beautiful beaches of Pozzallo and Marina di Modica and the seaside villages of Sampieri, Donnalucata and Marzamemi.
