Newly remodeled centrally located Home, 3 bedroom, 2 bath with washer & dryer. All new furniture and appliances, Beautifully decorated with little hints of our town of Oakdale.
One block from a park, two blocks from shopping, restaurants and attractions two blocks from
Highway 120/108 making it convenient for business or pleasure. But still far enough away for a peaceful stay.

The space:
There is a long driveway with enough room to park 2 larger vehicles front to back, there is also lots of street parking in front of the home. Plenty of parking if you are pulling a trailer.
Front yard is fenced.
You will love dining in the backyard with it's fenced yard, lawn, patio, Table, Chairs & Gas Grill.
The kitchen is fully furnished.
The 65" TV has access to Netflix, Live TV and Movie & Shows on demand.

Every piece of linen, bedspread, blankets and comforters are changed and washed. after everything has been clean and sanitized by hand we go through and double down by using a sanitizing fog machine.

This is a smart home! We will send you a custom four digit code before check-in. enter this into the door keypad to unlock the door.
As you leave, simply press the "lock" button on the door key pad.
The porch light will always turn on at dusk so you will never arrive to a dark doorway.

Everything was good. House was welcoming and cozy. Few minor things can improve a better experience like the key pad to enter the front door was annoying. Also, having a better quality paper towels(Kirkland brand at Costco for example) would be nice. I’m picky so attention to details are important. I definitely would book again the next time I’m in Oakdale

Our party of 6 had a nice stay in this property. 2 couples had the larger rooms with ample closet space. The twin beds accommodated 2 single friends comfortably. The house was clean and clutter free. It is as pictured and described. We were happy with our choice of stay.

Great spot for family to stay in the CV

My family spent a week here over Christmas while visiting family in Riverbank, Oakdale, and Waterford. It was nicely located on the edge of town and convenient for getting around. The house was well appointed and tidy - holiday dinner prep in the kitchen was easy. Would recommend.
