I like everything. I always stay here when I visit this area. The room is clean, quiet. The cleaning ladies are very nice and helpful. And the lady in the reception is super nice, polite and friendly.

Booked a room just after midnight thru expedia. When checking in around 2am, the reception told me i had reserved for the night, but couldnt check in until 3pm, and there was nothing she could do in regaurds to switching my reservation or refunding me my money, said that id have to contact expedia. Expedia pretty much said that my refund was on the hotel. Catch 22. Ive had to dispute the charge with my bank now. Complete hassel coming from both ends.
