The room temperature was perfect: cool but not cold. It stayed that all night. The mattress was firm, the pillows were fluffy, and the furnishings were solid. I'm in the area a few times a year, and this will be my go-to hotel from now on.

The check-in procedure was fast, and the staff was exceptionally welcoming. The room is clean, and we were particularly grateful for the lobby's offerings of coffee, tea, and hot chocolate, especially on this chilly day.

Our first room had a broken shower. The staff argued with us over a different double which was “more expensive” and forced us into a king which didn’t fit a family of 4. Even the second room had issues, with lights constantly flickering and needing to be repaired. The beds were awful, incredibly springy and made it almost impossible for 2 people to share a bed. Breakfast was pretty good, and the location was central to nearby sports fields. But beyond that, we do not recommend this hotel.
