Located just 15 miles southwest of Monte Vista, these secluded cabins sit on the flank of theSan Luis Valley on 70 acres of private land, bordered on 3 sides by BLM land, only 2mi from the Rio Grande National Forest boundary. Wake up to panoramic views in every direction. Cat Creek Retreat has one downstairs queen bedroom, a loft bedroom with full bed,and a queen sofa bed in the living room, plus laundry room with washer and dryer. Parking for 2-3 vehicles right at the door, with additional trailer parking available. Sit and drink your coffee on the expansive front porch, fire up the gas grill, or enjoy a campfire in the pit outside. There is a full kitchen with essentials such as salt, pepper, oil, coffee, tea, sugar and creamer, as well as dishes, utensils, pots, pans, etc. HORSES ARE WELCOME!!! Message me about available pens. Firewood can be delivered for a fee when there are no active fire bans.
