The customer service is excellent. Staff very helpful. Easy access by public transport right in front of the hotel to the centre and train station.If a walker, can walk to the centre I will surely stay there again.

I did not like the room. Dull , furniture very old. Mattress thin and not comfy. One Towel only, small size. Dining table cloths in the bathroom alternative to towels. Breakfast very basic. Sorry, I did not like the room , different to the image in website.

The parking was off-site sometimes. Not enough parking right outside the building. The shower could use a mat inside it as the floor is quite slippery. The breakfast wa excellent. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. I would stay there again.

The staff helped me get a reservation at a great restaurant because we didn’t speak Italian and couldn’t call them ourselves. They also provided wine glasses and a corkscrew when we asked so we could enjoy a great bottle of wine we bought in our room. It’s all about the service. Thank you.

It was great

It was great! Clean room and bathroom with a big and really confortable bed. The breakfast buffet while not huge had anything I wanted. The receptionists are helpfull funny, freandly and remember thair guests.
