The front desk lady and engineering department helped me in a crisis! The sole on my brothers shoe came off right before departing for our 50th reunion and these 2 employees went above the call of duty to help repair his shoe!! Thank you so much !!!! The bathroom was clean. The room was not clean. Fruit snacks were in the made bed. Water and dirt was on the room floor. A thick layer of dust was on the headboard and every time the air came on, pieces of dust flew around. This cleanliness was unfortunate but overall this is a safe, quiet and comfortable hotel. Next time I will bring my own cleaning supplies and ask for fresh linen. The staff was polite so I didn’t address any of my issues. I also booked a king room and was given a room with double beds instead of a king. These were all minor issues and I would absolutely book here again.
